The shoes fit true to size and are very comfortable. ECCO makes very good shoes. This is the 5th pair I own from the brand and will purchase more in the future because of their unique approach to comfort, beauty, and overall design quality.

Runs accurate to European sizing, but the listed US equivalents are WRONG. A 42 is a men's 9, NOT a 43. If following the listed US sizing, size down. Even with the correct size, they still run wide, but I just used a pad to correct this. Otherwise very comfortable and stylish.

I own size 46 in another very similar Ecco shoe and fits perfectly. This shoe is super tight and super narrow on my feet for some reason. If you normally wear a 46 consider getting the next size up!
