The size is perfect!! It holds everything I need but is slim and stylish. I clipped on a crossbody strap to the tote handles for hands free use!! ???????

This is nice looking and practical. Plenty of room and pockets for phone. Mask etc. I feel better with backpack style vs purse for security reasons.

I bought the Jessica right after Christmas after buying several other backpack purses. It holds everything I need and more ! Very easy to carry!! I wish you would add a key fob to the inside !!

I absolutely adore this bag! It is so stylish and cute! It fits my 13 inch laptop when I just want to run out of the house with my laptop and wallet. Love it as it is the perfect size for a quick run and then doesn't feel too weighty on your back! I love taking it shopping at the mall.

I've been carrying it for a week now. Every time I grab it to go somewhere it makes me happy. It's so pretty and super functional. There is a spot for everything. There has been no digging through the bag to find anything. Because of its design, everything is easily accessible. No I want it in another color!

This is a good size for moving about town when you need more capacity than a small purse can provide . It is cuter and dressier than my larger daypack . It has room for wallet, glasses, extra mask, wipes, Purcell and all the stuff we need to lug around these days. Like the details and the gold tones zippers

This is the perfect bag for my Laptop travel charger, wireless mouse and other items when I take my laptop on the road. Comfortable as a backpack or as a carry bag. I Love this bag. Well made as with all my other bags I have purchased in my Baggallini collection

I bought this about 3 weeks ago and I love it! I was unsure if I really wanted a backpack but I love the convenience of it! I mostly use the two top handles but it's nice to have backpack straps.j...especially now that we are all trying to keep everything germ free!

Love it . A lot of pockets and space

This was exactly what I was looking for, in terms of size and profile. It's lightweight and slim, and has just the right number of pockets (both with and without zippers), so it's useful, but doesn't feel bulky. The fabric is nice and and the straps adjust enough so that it doesn't hang too low (I'm 5'2"). The tote handles make it versatile. The only thing I would add is a tethered key fob inside. I love that feature on my other baggallini bags and can't fathom why that wouldn't be included on this one. I like being able to secure my keys or small wallet, to ensure they don't slide out. If they add it in future models, I would buy another one in a different color.

A gift for my daughter, who can't wait to be able to travel again. I travel a lot and opted for this bag because of all the compartments. I wavered because it doesn't have double-zip opening or a trolley sleeve. But I think my daughter will love it as is.

I bought this a month ago. It's a good looking bag! The only place where for me it is not ideal is that it would be a PERFECT bag if it had a trolley sleeve...

I loved the look of this bag and I love it when it arrived. I wear sleeveless shirts in the summer heat. The straps are made of satin, but the edges are rough and chafed under my arms and create red, burn like marks. I had it less than a month and the stitching on one of the straps began to ravel. Minus these issues, the bag is wonderful!

I like this backpack, however, I am a bit disappointed in the quality. This is my 9th Baggallini product and the quality is not what it was when I first started purchasing.

Bag slips off your shoulder all the time because straps are time and slippery. Zippers destroy your nails, pockets are so big things get lost in them. All in all very frustrating to carry.
