Customer Reviews Tommy Bahama Through The Fronds Dress

I ordered my usual, S, as well as XS, bc Tommy Bahama runs big. As expected, S was just a shapeless sack. XS is cute, however, it's a little snug around the neck and shoulder area. There's gathering at the top of each shoulder/arm, and that pulls bit, and the neck isn't choking, but is a bit smaller than I'd like. I'm sure this is bc it's an XS and I'm usually a 4. I wish they'd make their clothing normal, not like tents. I may keep the XS anyway bc I have such a hard time finding casual summer dresses that are an above the knee but not mini length, and I live in Florida! I'm 5"7, 116 lbs., for comparison.
