I have loved every Stride Rite shoe I've bought for my son but I have had these for 3 weeks and the leather is already wearing down in places. Very disappointing to pay $54 for this to be happening already.

It’s a great looking shoe and my son loves it… It is a little hard for him to get on and off because it doesn’t open all the way but he said it’s very comfortable and it is very durable.

Comfortable but fell apart

Bottom of shoe is coming off.

The shoes looked good and my 5 year old son said they were comfortable, but less than a month after purchase the blue part of the sole has separated from the heel. There is a good three inches of it flapping loose. Waste of money. He did not even wear them every day this month. I can’t think of anything a kid could do on the school playground that would cause a pair of shoes to fall apart like this after less than a month of use.

Great shoe for boy or girl - solidly built and the color does not show dirt

Easy to get on & off my kid's feet. He seems happy with them, so I'm happy too.

Second time buying this style of shoe. They are functional and easy to slip on and off with the Velcro enclosure. My 8yo likes them.

This sneaker is super comfortable for My wide footed kid. They are also easy for them to get on. The are wide in the heel as well.

It’s very difficult to find a shoe that my 5 year old likes and feels comfortable wearing. I bought the gray color and it looks great with his school uniforms (red/blue/gray) this lace free shoe is a life saver when it comes to him getting ready for school in the mornings. Overall very happy with our purchase and this brand, will definitely be buying a second pair in a different style for variation.

Fit and look fine but in 2 months of routine use, bottoms are falling off. Terrible quality.
