So for me these are amazing, but they definitely run narrow. My foot is generally a size 8 in length and 6 in width and the size 7 fit me perfectly for length and just a tad loose for width. Closer than anything else I can fine I’m so excited I ordered another color! The heel is super comfortable but not so low it looks unstylish. I also like that the straps are narrow it’s much more feminine than some other styles I tried.

I will have to agree with most of the other reviewers. 1) straps across toes are tight 2) the heel is also tight, at the lower portion. Ive attached a picture. 3) these are not leather - my oversight. I usually do not buy all synthetic shoes. If these were leather, you could probably stretch the toe straps some. They are very cute espadrilles otherwise. I also like that the ankle strap is slimmer but for me the negative outways the positive. Sorry Zappos for the return. BTW your customer service is superb.

I love these shoes! They are comfortable and very cute. They were slightly tight across the toes but my feet are wide. I wear an 8 1/2 and that is the size I ordered. Highly recommend!

Super attractive shoe that looked perfect for the application for which it was purchased, but it is UNCOMFORTABLE. My feet are on the narrow side of average, and these definitely run extra narrow. The ankle strap does not tighten enough and is far too loose on me to offer any stability. My foot slides forward, leaving a gap at the heel, but the straps across the inset are very tight and rub so much that I could feel a blister starting to form in just the few minutes that I wore them around the house. These are on their way back same day. Still looking...

I love these shoes. I felt it was a bit too narrow so I went up a full size and they fit great. Very comfy.

The sandle was so narrow that I could not put my foot into it. I could only give one star because I could not put my foot into it. It was not a medium as described.
