Customer Reviews Mizuno Wave Rider 24

I've worn Wave Riders for over 15 years. Every five or six years, Mizuno decides to change up the design of the shoe and it is infuriating. Mizuno has a very loyal group of customers that keeps coming back (for 15+ years) because they love the shoe and then they change it up. The good news, at least from my past experience, is I'll try several other brands attempting to find my old Wave Rider, and by the time I determine that's not possible, Mizuno will have come to its senses and brought the old design back. I'll be waiting.

Don't trust the shoe size finder on this. I ordered a whole size up and it still didn't fit. I called for a return label and CS said, "your shoe size is a preference" and so we won't handle your return. When did the right shoe size become a preference? Why bother having the size finder at all?

I had a pair of Waive Rider 22's before these that I wore a hole in the toe of the right foot of! I LOVED them! They were the most comfortable pair of sneakers I have ever owned and I was so bummed when I wore the hole into them. When I went to order the same pair they were sold out in my size so I figured I would try the next level up assuming that these would be equally comfortable and even better. But, they are FINE. I have had them for almost a month and I still have terrible blisters on my heels from wearing them in. I have grown up wearing Mizuno shoes for sports. I played Volleyball and religiously only wore my Mizuno volleyball shoes and even spandex. I am really disappointed with this sneakers especially for how much they cost and because I expected so much more from this brands quality.
