I discovered Toni Pons in Madrid near the Plaza del Sol. It was a little shop that's still there today. Toni Pons is the only espadrilles or 'alpagatas' that I'll ever wear. I'm so glad I can buy collections here in the US online via Zappos.

they seemed okay fit-wise but was lacking arch support. I wanted a good shoe for walking and looking cute.

The top leather band is a bit narrow (though I also have pretty wide feet) but it is an extremely soft leather and after wearing around the house for a bit, I felt the leather stretching. I wore them to work the next day and while I put on a band aid at the tight part just in case, I had no problems with the shoes and will try them without any added barrier next time. I found them to be quite comfortable and very cute. I am a size 7 and they fit fine even though listed as 6.5-7.0. Basically, if you are a size 7 don't let the sizing put you off.

Overall these are great espadrilles but the toe piece is quite narrow so I rated them lower on comfort. I’ll keep them hoping the leather will stretch some.

This particular shoe was too big.....I have bought Toni Pons in several different styles and they have fit me consistently. Altho disappointed I will try again as I love their shoes.

Very cute sandal that can be worn all day. Great arch support and very comfortable elastic strap. Highly recommend!

I love these shoes! I’m a 10, the flats version of this shoe in a 41 fit perfectly, but for this style I needed a 42. Weird. Anyway I’m super glad I went up to the 42, perfect fit and they look so nice.

I typically wear an 8, but exchanged for a 7.5 because I liked them so much and the 8 was too big. My foot slid out of the sandal. The 7.5 is too tight across the top of my foot, so, unfortunately, I'll be sending them back. Super cute.

Loved the look - very flattering. But I thought it was silver in color but it is gold so I am returning but I loved the fit!

Cute and very versatile classic espadrille with open toes (apparently hard to find!). Though color would be silver-ish, but they’re gold. The leather in the front was just a tad loose for my foot, though I do have a narrow one. It worked though so I’m keeping. Good for travel.

The leather on these cuts into your feet so was very uncomfortable.

I found I already had a pair much like these. I likes these shoes but felt I really didn't need them.

The length fit perfectly but they do run narrow. Very stylish and cute.

They are very cute on. I'm glad the white came in leather so that I can clean them easier than say canvas/ fabric. They are easy to slip on and go which is a huge plus. Slip ons don't always stay put on my foot without a back strap.

I wanted something that's a step up from a flip flop sandal but that wasn't high. These are cute. I little tight on one foot. Hope they stretch a bit.

Seemed a little long so decided against keeping them or wearing them. Larger in the toe box and heel (width)
