Love this shoe! Very comfortable and the heel height is so easy to walk in. My only complaint; one of the large bows hits the floor. I’m afraid it’ll be ruined before the shoes are broken in.

I love the look of these shoes!!! Purchased for a summer wedding and decided I needed something more sandal like for this outdoor wedding. But I loved these sooo much I am keeping them! I know I will get a lot of use from them! Kate Spade shoes are not the best fit for my toe shape, but with the addition of a pad for under the ball of the foot to keep my feet from sliding forward, they are perfect! They look sharp, classical, yet with a touch of fun. highly recommend!

Shoes fit well, and the style looks great on my feet. I really like that they have a more open side and back as plan to wear them for a summer event. Purchased to wear with a dress, but think I may decide to wear them with dressy black slacks as well. Kate Spade footwear doesn't have the best fit for me, the toe box is a tad narrow, but I can survive a day in them for the right shoes! Heel is higher than a kitten, but very very comfortable.

Beautiful shoe but no support

Loved the bow detail on these shoes, but they didn’t feel or look as expensive as they were. I’m normally a 6.5, which is what I ordered in these, but these were floppy on my feet. They were, however, a little snug across the widest part of my foot. Disappointing. I returned them.

These shoes are gorgeous but will not work for my narrow feet. Even though they are mediums, I had hoped by going down a half size I could then adjust the buckle and make them work as sometimes happens for me with other brands, but no. Must return; thanks for your easy return policy, Zappos!

These shoes were very cute and generally comfortable. However, they flop every time you pick up your feet which I find very annoying. If they had a bit more structural support to ensure the shoe moves with the foot, I would have loved these shoes. As is, I am returning this pair.

Too tight for me and doesn't come in Wide. Too bad because it's a pretty shoe.

The strap was so low it did not come up high enough to walk comfortably without it slipping off in the back.

Fit true to size. Cute shape and height but my issue is with the color and fabrication. Ivory can be tough but this was more yellow or cream. The quality of the fabric and even the sewing of the bow detail were poor quality and unattractive. Going back.

Watching the video, these are so cute & stylish. Very 'Kate Spade". Excited to see how they's work with a LBD. The fit was another story. I'm a solid size 5. These were wide, and if you tighten the strap, it forced your foot further forward, making the shoe long in the back. There's a pretty gold lining, but it sticks out. I was so willing to pay the price (a little high) if they fit properly. And they are cute!! Just not for my foot. Had to return. They did come beautifully wrapped, with a pretty KS pink dust bag to keep them in. So quality wise, an A+++.

Several reviews said this shoe ran small, so I ordered 1/2 size larger and it was too big and kept slipping on my foot.

They’re going back for this reason - the bottom of the shoes came scuffed. No paper wrapping and shoe bag missing. The box itself looked mishandled. Very poor service. But the shoes are really cute and look great. Not really comfortable to walk though and feet flap too much while walking.
