Wonderful bag! Perfect size to use every day. The leather keeps the bag upright so its super easy to pull items in/out of this bag. Small handles and cross body strap allow options for carrying this great bag.

I would not buy this again. The stitching on the front pocket is already coming undone. It's cute, but I don't expect it to last very long at all.

This wonderful purse was a birthday gift to my daughter who had wanted it for a long time. But the best part of my buying experience was the customer service. I thought I would miss her birthday as it was two days away and the company that made the purse, Madewell, would have charged me $25 to get it by then. So my other daughter said, "try Zappos, they have the best customer service!" Not only did I get the purse the day before her birthday, but the shipping was free! Thank you, Zappos. She loved it!

The straps are SO flimsy and thin that I had to send it back. Definitely not worth the high price.

I am really pleased with this purchase. I like that I can set it down and it stands up on its own. The color is perfect and it looks chic enough for an everyday purse especially for fall!

Perfect everyday bag

I ordered a smaller one to begin with but it was just too small. This bag is great! I can wear it as a crossbody or slide it upon my arm. Mine did show a little bit of wear when I got it though.

I loved the size of this bag - but unfortunately the straps were too thin and uncomfortable. I was hoping for more pockets too - which can be remedied with small zip bags, but if you’re looking for places to tuck things away, this isn’t the tote.

The bag is nice and I really liked the idea of tan straps with the black bag, but seeing it in person, I think the straps look too thin or not quite right. The bag is also smaller than I expected. It fits an iPad and some other things, but with little room to spare. So simple and classic but just not very interesting.
