I was devastated when my shades recentky broke, and I searched for some time to find another suitable pair that fit my special needs. Due to severe sensitivity to light - I need to wear shades when outdoors or in stores, as the sunlight and bright overhead lights bring on migraines - I have difficulty finding shades that don't aggravate migraines but help prevent them - the grey and yellow lenses are horribly bright for me. Not only is the lens size larger, cutting out more light, but the dark polarized lenses keep the migraines at bay. The fact that they are lightweight is an added bonus, as I don't get ear fatigue like with heavier frames. They not only look fabulously fashionable, but they are functional too.

this is my 6th pair of Maui's and one of the best ones i have bought.crystal clear vision, glasses are extremely lightweight. so light that i often forgot that i had them on. the ear pieces are very flexible and seem to be very durable. so if you're looking for a lightweight crystal clear pair of sunglasses, i highly recommend these.

I love my Hikana Matte Olive Sunglasses i have the Crystal Matte also but Olive i get a lot of compliments on the sleek style how lightweight they are i love this style

I have owned a number of Maui Jims over the years. In my experience they have consistently offered the highest quality lens (regardless of the material of the respective sunglasses), no distortion and excellent construction. As a professional photographer, I appreciate the flawless image and true colors transmitted through the lenses. My latest purchase was their new HIKINA sunglasses. They are amazingly lightweight to the degree that you easily forget that you have them on. In spite of being so lightweight, they stay in place no matter the activity I am involved in. Even though the frame is far more flexible than any prior Maui Jim I have owned (or, in fact, any sunglasses I have owned), they keep their shape perfectly and seem extremely durable. A real home run in my opinion!

I am impressed with these sunglasses. They arrived really quickly. New case is slick. Glasses are so lightweight so I will not have any nose marks. I have worn them for driving with the snow glare and they cut down on glare. Can't wait to test them more in Hawaii where I first learned about these sunglasses in 1994

Awesome shades! I really like the way they do not rest on my face. Sleek design and so very lightweight!

The rose lenses work great for me when I referee youth soccer games. With darker lenses it was difficult to distinguish darker uniforms and with lighter lenses there was little glare reduction. Also great when it's daylight but not full sun, as in the late afternoon. These are near perfect for this purpose or other fast moving sports, as advertised. Good for golf too.

I absolutely LOVE these sunglasses! Not only are the stylish and cute, they are so lightweight on my face I can hardly feel them! I got these specifically for tennis and they are the perfect glasses for that. They stay on my face and don't move and are super light. I have tried others and always go back to Maui Jim for my sports glasses.

Lightest pair of sunglasses I ever owned! I use them for driving and outdoors activities. The rubber bridge sits perfectly on my nose. They're flexible and allow clear visibility. Would definitely purchase again.

Finally I can eliminate fumbling around switching glasses from sun to reading. Not to mention they look great and perform as advertised.

These Maui's are super lightweight but have excellent clarity. I would love to own several pair because I like them more than my other Maui's I have bought and used over the years.

I really have anything negative to say. They are super lightweight and hug my head with no discomfort. The lens are the highest quality, as are all of Jim's creations, I have seen with over 40 years as a pilot. They are so comfortable I sometimes forget I am wearing them.

Love my Maui Jims, great color lenses, no glare, so stylish!

The same are not the pretty light blue pictured. I was disappointed at that. The lens are a dark blue. The clarity is amazing!! The frames are super bendable so getting them one requires two hands. Once they are on they are super light and can wear all day with comfort. I'm not sending them back or anything yet I'm not sure they are my fav (I own two styles Maui Jim's) like I was expecting. Not sure I would buy again either. After I have worn them at sea a bit I will update my review.
