Nanos has been the only training shoes I wear. They are just the best, wide enough, giving my toes room to move while I train. I love them!

By far the most comfortable Nano I've ever worn. Gives good stability while performing weightlifting movements as CrossFit exercises as well.

I've been using these for my heavy lifting since my vans weren't giving me good stability during squats and deadlifts. They work just as good for my HIIT workouts too. One downfall is that they do get hot when I'm walking on the treadmill.

Great use as a lifting shoe and jumping support a little slice, I would get the gum sole.

I bought my wife a pair of the Black/Ftwr White/Ftwr White color for Christmas and she loves them. There is plenty of room in the front toe box and they are more stable than other brands of workout shoes that she has worn.

Stable foundation for CrossFit exercises and weightlifting. Comfortable and flexible enough for varied movements. I like the higher tab in the heel -- it prevents heel blisters when on the rower. The dark color goes with everything and doesn't get dirty when doing burpees or other floor exercises.

There's a reason Nanos are the best shoes for Crossfit. Got my third pair this week and bought this one for my girlfriend and she loves it!

I use the Nanos for my personal training/weight training sessions. The stability these shoes offer is amazing! Use your running shoes for running only. Invest in Nanos for all other training! It's very important to have this kind of stability to allow for correct form and to help increase your lifting capacity!
