I am usually a 9.5 and I ordered a 9.5 in these and they fit, so sizing seems to be accurate. As far as the heal goes it's very supportive, I have never felt more stable doing squats etc. These really lock your heal in and give a stable base. For me the heal didn't feel narrrow, just snug and well supported. However, the issue I ran into was that my foot kept slipping in the shoe when doing movements such as burpees. The toe box is wide, which I appreciate because I have a high arch, but the mid foot seems to be a bit wide also, and those two things combined allowed for the slipping. These don't have a lot of arch support but I just used my own insoles which I often have to do with shoes anyway, so I don't count that against these. Quality and color are top notch. I have no doubt that if these worked for me they would last a while.

I needed a good quality pair of shoes for in-home workouts. I have had trouble with my feet since birth: I am severely flat footed in one foot and the other has been surgically repaired (less flat), so shoes are a problem for me, especially with activities requiring ankle/foot pivots, lifts, etc. I knew the shoe had to be light, yet effective for overpronation and definitely had to look nice, in case I had to run out for an errand. These have been SO good for my needs. It took a couple of uses for them to be completely comfortable with my flat feet, but they've settled in quite nicely. No issues at all and I'm 3 months in now!

I asked several other women what shoe they loved, and this was it! I have a really high arch and I'm not sure if this shoe will be supportive enough, but I love it in every other way.

I love these, they are so comfortable. I have pretty wide feet and these are so accommodating. I am pretty much an 8.5 across the board and I definitely could have gotten 8s, there is quite a bit of extra room in the toe box. I will keep and use them for stationary weight lifting/casual wear though.

I like this shoe, the look is nice, it's roomy like all of the nanos in the toe box without being too big and has good cushion. The look and color is very cool.

Perfect shoes for all my training needs: weight training, combat and David Lloyd Blaze. My only gripe is that whilst the length is perfect and true to size, the toe area is too wide much wider than my previous pair. This is the only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars.

Really comfortable. Just a little big, maybe a half size larger than expected. But I can still wear them while doing all sorts of crossfit training.

Although I didn't purchase the best size for me, I absolutely love this shoe and how it's made. The quality is uh-mazing and the comfort for my aching feet sold me. I returned mine for a half size up because I want to be able to wear a sock, but other than sizing, it's an awesome shoe for weight training and/or any fitness type activities or just for leisure. The color combination is on point... I absolutely love this shoe and would recommend it!!

Super satisfied with these shoes. This is my first time purchasing reebok shoes so I went by the shoe guideline that is available. The fit was perfect. I wanted a shoe with high stability for weightlifting (squats, deadlifts, etc) and I got just that! They are also super stylish.

I am so excited to use these. I agonized over size as I saw so many reviews say to size down. I finally decided to go with the exact size according to the size chart and they are actually a bit too small. Going to get a half size up. Everything else felt perfect!

Awesome shoes, just not for skinny feet! Super comfortable otherwise, tho, and looked cool. Sad to have had to return them

Lots of support but toe box is quite large for narrow feet.

Lovely colour scheme and felt really stable when performing lower body exercises. Only bad thing I noticed was they lacked grip on some surfaces but still a great training shoe.

I like this shoe but it is very roomy maybe too roomy. The 9s are 'bigger' but these feel even bigger

These have changed my lifts! Very nice shoes! They run large so made the mistake of ordering my exact shoe size - my feet were drowning and had to exchange for a half size Down - still waiting for my exchange to come - that's also why only 4 stars - there is no communication as to when your exchange is being shipping out

I'm really happy with my purchase, these are a great shoe to wear during my CrossFit workouts.

Do not size up or size down. They do run a little generous but comfortable!
