I use these shoes for weight lifting, box step ups, squats, etc. I wouldn't use these for HIIT, or circuit training depending on the moves. They are very comfortable and durable. I recently bought a second pair since the first ones were starting to get run down after about 6 ish months (gym Monday-Friday) so they do last. I am normally a size 7 and sized down to a 6.5 since they run slightly big.

Contrary to some reviews about needing to size down, it wasn't the case for me. Instead of sizing down, I ordered my true size (7.5) because I typically wear a size up (8) in tennis shoes. I thought the 7.5 would've been perfect since they supposedly ran bigger. I ordered them for our trip in two weeks, so I am kinda disappointed I have to wait for an exchange to arrive. They have wide toes. Otherwise, I LOVE them. So unique and adorable!

Great shoe better than Nano 9, go down 1/2 size. If you like Nano 4, these are for you. They are good for all things crossfit.

Great shoe and will buy more Reeboks in the future

I wanted some new shoes for weights and occasionally HIIT to replace my very old running shoes I'd been using. These are brilliant! I have unstable ankles and I notice how much more stable I am lifting in these compared to the old shoes. They were comfy straight away. And they're a cool design!

I have purchased several lifting shoes for CrossFit and returned all of them. Most were too stiff & I couldn't workout in them comfortably. A friend recommended these & I am so glad she did-I absolutely love them! I got a half size smaller after reading dozens of reviews & they were perfect!

Love the Nano X soo much, this is my 3rd pair. Perfect for Crossfit..very versatile and comfortable. Normally a 7.5 in any other training and running shoe but 7 in these fit perfectly

Had issues with heel slippage a little with the previous version, but this one nailed it. So much more comfortable. Used to wear Nike's but Reebok has been my go to because my feet are slightly wide and Nike runs narrow.

This shoes are just amazing really comfortable , they are also my firts pair of nano and I am really happy with them

I need a good shoe for HIIT and this fits the bill.

I have not bought a pair of nano's that I was not pleased with. They are the most comfortable shoe that I have bought.

This is my first pair of Reebok, highly recommend. Other shoes have hurt my feet, given knee pain, & shin splints I've had these for a month now, it's safe to at they're my favorite! I am a true size 8 and sized up to 8.5 based off of reviews from other sites and friends. The 8.5 fit perfect.

I workout hard and I LOVE these cross trainers. They are perfect for lifting and hitt workouts! I like how my feet feel stable and grounded in them. This is perfect for cross training type workouts.

I love these so much, I bought them in two colors. I usually wear a 9, but got a 8.5, so they do run on the larger side. Once I got the size right, these became my new best friends at the gym!

I do crossfit and I hate changing my shoes back and forth. Lifting was great, metcons are great and short distance sprints are great! Havent taken them for a run longer then a mile.

Upgraded from an old pair of nanos, these are firm and good for HIIT workouts. Low profile allows for good ankle mobility.

Love the style, easy and comfortable to wear. Don't make a mistake getting any other shoe for training.

Good fit and stylish sneaker for it's recommended use-new to CrossFit but the sneakers gave me an extra boost!
