The added stability with the overlays, revamped mesh upper for breathability, plush ankle collar/achilles padding, and more stable heel cup make this shoe even better being built off the already great Nano 9 midsole. I love the sneaker styling to the shoe and looks great out of the gym as well as in. Its stability in the heel/midfoot, and flexibility in the forefoot make it great for lifting, short runs, and WODs. Highly recommend!

Its stabil and have a Great grip. Its good looking.

This shoe is great. Very comfortable, with what feels to be a slightly higher top. It really locks in the heel and makes the shoe perform better under various movements like jumping laterally and squatting. My only complaint is slight and it is with most shoes; the toe box is more narrow than I'd like. Overall though I really like this version on the Nano. Will continue to buy if they keep tracking like this.

Every nano tends to have its own strength, and this one feels like it's solid on the lifting end. It feels nice and sturdy without being too heavy for running and jumping. Great overall workout shoe and you definitely feel the support when lifting.

This shoe is definitely a step up from the Nano 9s. The heel is a solid base for weight lifting but it still has the versatility for CrossFit workouts.

Love the latest Nano's! Husband owns atleast 1 pair of each version since they released. These are his favorite.
