Perfect for deadlifts, lots of grip. Heel height a little low for squats but if you have the ankle flexibility these would work very well

If you are unsure what shoe to pick for HIIT or Functional Fitness, go with the Nano X you won't regret it. Solid support throughout the shoe and very flexibly and comfortable

probably going to be stocking up on these for the long run, seeing as how the x1's are out. the verdict on the nano x's seem to be very positive. colors look great, fabric feels good and hardy, stands up to everything but long-distance running but for things "in gym" i cant recommend them enough. metcons are narrow by form, so they didnt work for me. what a relief that the nano x's exist.

Very comfortable and also has a nice classic style. It's a high-top, that's not a high-top, but provides great support and flexibility.

I usually wear more minimal shoes -- but this one is great for stability when lifting yet is still flexible enough for all directions of movement.

This is my second pair of Nano X sneakers. The fit is as expected, support at the toes for moves like mountain climbers is appreciated. Only thing I have done is to replace the insole after a couple months to provide more cushion for jumping activities.

The Nano's are surprisingly comfortable yet built sturdy to withstand the CrossFit workouts putting strain on them. They fit true to my size. I'm very happy with them.

This is my 3rd color way of the NANO X. I love them! Perfect for any workout, the material stretches and allows your foot to splay. With the zero degree drop I can still grip the floor during deadlifts. I don't do a lot of running in them also because of that, but still good enough for any WOD that has some running in it.

Purchased these in the beginning of the year. They still look brand new and I wear them everyday for work. I walk on concrete 8-16hrs a day in a prison. The most comfortable sneakers I have ever bought for work! Definitely buy again and recommend!
