Hugs the top and lower parts of the knees. Comes in a pair so if you buy a quantity of "1" you get both knee pads. Feels great to play in as a libero

They are really good

Bought for my 13yo daughter who is very slim and they were a perfect fit! The longer kneepad keeps the back of her knees from getting rubbed like with shorter pads.

I wear it to support my injured left knee while I'm running. It works very well, even though it is not designed for runners. Ready to order a second pair.

This one is for my personal use. I bought this for protection and it's thickness would definitely help when I need to slide getting the ball. I have not tried using them in a game since I have a minor problem with my left hand but I tried it on when I received them.

I use it for pick-up games in the neighborhood. Good support and good fit, holds up properly. However, I wish they had a longer version for more coverage.
