The product is an amazing one. It has been extremely convenient as a teacher who has to rotate to various classrooms due to the hybrid learning. It is a bit on the smaller side; however, it can fit a Macbook, a work computer, the accessories for those devices, and a regular notebook or two.

I use this for work and hiking and it's perfect for both! It's so lightweight and the padding on the back makes carrying it so comfortable. I love that it has side pockets.

I purchased this pack for my middle school age granddaughter who is a cheerleader! She loves it! I love the orthopedic consideration.

Great bag for any use ....

I've had the older version of this backpack since I was in high school (currently a first-year grad student). My dad got this for me as a gift after my last backpack ripped and have loved it ever since! It is still in good condition and I intend to use it until the end. If you want a backpack that will last for many years, I highly recommend this one! You will not be sorry!

Good compartments to carry laptop, cellphone charger, books, notepad, pencil box, eyeglass box, earphone, etc. The two exterior holders are very useful - I usually use one to hold a water bottle and another one to hold an umbrella. Con: my old backpack is 30L, so when I moved all my stuff from the old backpack to this new one (which is 27L), it still fitted, but felt a slightly tight, especially if I wanted to put in a lunchbox. Of course, this is all my subjective perception, but it would be even nicer if TNF would produce a 30L version in the future.

Great backpack for work and small trips. Fits notebook !

I purchased this backpack to replace my old Northface Surge pack and am please with the design. I miss the larger storage of my old one, but the sleek design of this Jester makes up for it.

This backpack is very well made and our daughter loves the colors and design. Aside from the fact that she isn't able to get all of her school books in at one time though, it is otherwise a great purchase.

I have this pack I use for day hikes and love it. It is lightweight and has plenty of room for what I need. Bought this for my daughter who is starting college and she loves it!

I've always had NorthFace backpacks- my last one was 6 years old & used on a daily basis. I decided that it was time for an upgrade and bought the Jester design. After having this new one for only 6 months, the stitching is already coming loose in multiple areas. As a veterinary student, I only need to carry my laptop, iPad and a few folders- so I wouldn't say that I've over-packed the bag to cause this. In addition, I've used this bag to travel with and was disappointed that there isn't much room to comfortably utilize it as a carry-on.

Love this bag- I already own the Recon but wanted something a bit smaller and more simple for when I didn't need to carry so much. I love how this bag only has two pockets, because I have all my small things organized in smaller pouches anyway. The zippers are SO SMOOTH on this bag! I do wish there was a way to lock the zippers, but not the end of the world. Super comfortable to carry this bag even when it's loaded up with a laptop and other heavier tech items- this is the exact reason I keep coming back to The North Face again and again for bags! I got the light blue color, time will tell how quickly it will get dirty, but it was too pretty to pass up :)

I really like the look and how minimal it is. However it is a bit narrow and small. Great for commute but may be too small if you carry a lot

I'm in college and use the bag most days. It's fits in my laptop and a few thick books but much more and it may be difficult to fit.

Use this Backpack for school. That's everything including books and computer and still have room left over for extras if needed

I love this backpack! It is not very big but it fits about three to four textbooks, which is enough for me. It is great for school but not the best for travel. It fits thin things comfortably but not thing like clothes and things. It is just like it is advertised!
