Perfect size for commuting. Love the double handles and amazing fabric and zipper quality. Definitely a bonus that it stands up on its own when full!

I bought this backpack for high school. It has sustainable material and looks nice, but unfortunately it is very slim. I couldn't fit more then three one inch binders in the large pocket. The water bottle side pockets are also very small and were barely usable when items are in the bag. Overall I will be returning this bag because the size is not worth the price.

It's a beautiful backpack; however the bottle holder only holds bottles with 16oz capacity. Not suited for a long day in the office.

I bought this backpack to use for travel and nursing school. So far I really like the backpack it's beautiful and I love the rose gold details. It's quite comfortable although quite heavy with all of the padding. I just wish the small front pocket went down and little deeper, and that the big back pocket could open wider. It's a little difficult to get items further down because the opening it quite small. I do like the elastics at the front for holding extra jackets or sweaters. I was really hoping the purchase the previous Jester style, but I believe they don't have it anymore so this is a good alternative.

This backpack is NOT big enough for school. I bought this for my freshmen year of college, and barely anything fits other than a computer and 2 notebooks

I love this backpack! It's great for school, traveling, and everything in between!

Super durable! I can probably use this for the upcoming 4 years of college and beyond! There is also so much room. I'd be able to carry around my laptop, my iPad, my notebooks, textbooks, and small essentials with even extra room in this bag. Super spacious. There are also very comfortable and soft paddings on the shoulder/arm pads so your shoulders would never hurt from carrying a heavy bag.

I bought this bag for my daughter that is starting high say. This bag is not big enough for her books. She could only put 2 binders and 2 books total. It was very nice but not for what she needed it for.

I bought this wonderful backpack for my granddaughter to use for school.

Bought this for my daughter to use at school. Looks good and is well made. But it seems narrow and could be a little bigger. With being forced to carry multiple books, a chromebook, and not having access to the use of lockers, she needed more space.

We have bought Northface Jester and Jester II for years. Bought this foe my middle schooler and it hardly holds any binders or books, especially compared to the previous design. The height and width and fine, but there is no depth or expansion to this. Unfortunately I took off the tags and can't return it, but I would if I could. I'm sure it's great for college where you primarily take a laptop and a folderbut for middle or high school, absolutely nota waste of money and we will have to get another backpack.

The redesign holds much less than the previous Jester backpacks. Previous versions held a laptop, one 2-inch notebook, two 1.5-inch notebooks, and an AP book with room to spare. The new design can only hold the laptop and two 1.5-inch notebooks, and this strains the edges to the point I doubt it will last a year. Students no longer use lockers, so this is a big deal. Highly dissatisfied and returning.

I use this for college, and it fits everything I need. Great quality, though the front pocket is a little awkward.

This product is HOLY GRAIL. The material is AMAZING and super easy to clean! I'm a college student and I cannot emphasize this backpack is a MUST for ALL college students!

I'm a sophomore in high school and this doesn't have enough pockets for me. It has one pocket besides the front pocket and I need more room. Not worth the price.

bought this backback for my first year of college. And I immediately fell in love with the look and style. It's cute and functional in rainy weather!! just be prepared to take extra caution because it is more of an off white color that can get dirty more easily than a darker color. But loved the computer pocket and the extra organized dividers/pockets of the first opening!
