I was very disappointed with this product as it came in a damaged condition with stains. Because I needed a backpack so quickly, I decided against the return process, however, since wearing it, I've come to notice how stiff it is and how little of a stretch the pockets have. This is not a very functional nor comfortable backpack by any means and I would not purchase this style again.

Bought this for my daughter to use at school. She used it 3 days and it already ripped at one of the top seams. Tried to return it. The color she had was out of stock. Ordered another color and waiting to get it to try again. Hopefully this one will hold up better.

My daughter loves it!!! Very light weight and it's durable!

Love the bag. It's holds my books, computer and other essentials as well as my water bottle. I don't like that my bag had several dirty spots on it when I received it but I was able to wash them out.

Purchased this backpack for our daughter to use for school. The backpack is well made and the perfect size for a small girl (10 years old). The bag is roomy and we were able to fit a 5 star notebook, binder, school supplies, and a few other things. There is also space for a water bottle which is nice. We are totally happy with this purchase and highly recommend this backpack.

Really like this backpack. Has the compartments you need and great size for laptop or other larger things without being "too large."

This backpack have really good quality but it has only one front pocket that does not hold much. Adding a few more pockets will make it my go to backpack. It is very comfortable to carry a whole day.

Great for teen backpack

Bought this for my middle-school daughter. After she puts her laptop and 2" binder in, there's not room for much else. You can't fit a water bottle in the side pocket with the laptop and binder inside. She can kind of cram her lunchbox in, but all in all, this is a really small backpack and I'm tempted to return it.

Great backpack. I bought this for my daughter for school. She is 12, 6th grade. Perfect size for everything she needs to carry. The inside is great for storing classroom supplies. She LOVES the color and style. Easy to adjust also.

A little smaller then I would have liked for school (can fit 2-3 books with laptop), but quality is great. Great fan of the brand and will continue to purchase their products.

North face is an exceptional brand . When I purchase any of their products I know I'm buying quality and I am not concerned. They stand behind their name, which is refreshing.

I bought this for my younger sister and she loves. She said there is a lot of space to put her things and that it's the perfect size. Her friends also really liked it so they got the same one.

Daughter got this for early college and it is great!! It holds all her supplies and is well made!!

Very spacious and perfect for walking around campus

As a CNA at a independent and assisted living facility, I have to carry quite a few items with me to work. In my backpack I have my cell phone charger, books, change of clothes, wipes, disinfectant, food etc. This bag is great! It has compartments for me to organize my items which enables me to find them easier. The fabric is durable and tough. It cleans easily. The bag is cute but functional. Does the job!
