I love my new Jester backpack! It's pretty, the perfect size for me, and enables me to carry everything I want/need back and forth to work (laptop, glasses, wallet, water bottle, notebooks, phone, umbrella) and everything is so easy to organize. I highly recommend this backpack if you're looking for something lightweight, especially good for those with back issues. Love the sternum strap too; makes it feel really secure on my back, no side to side motions. High quality product, and my first purchase from The North Face - I'll be returning!

I bought this bag but decided to return it. I sent the return in the mail and have yet to get a refund. It has been almost a month.

Great quality, looks fantastic, and stands up through the abuse it can get (my daughter uses it as her school backpack).

Love the sleekness of this backpack, only thing is I didn't know the front pocket only went halfway down, but I am still in love with this backpack!

All my friends say it looks stunning! It's a perfect size for me as a 5'4 size woman. It's large enough for laptop, pad, water bottle, clothes, lunch box, and small enough for my size. It's very usable for college study, hiking, and 1/2-day travel. I'm still struggling with how to make it stand (probably because I did not put much stuff enough to fill the space) but completely no regret. Color-wise, the silver&white is eye-catching and more stands out in sunny day. Trust me.

Great backpack with plenty of room. Fits schoolbooks and laptop for a teenager. It did come with a broken strong to my surprise.

This is lightweight and really does stand up on its own. I bought it to take on a plane for a multi-park national park trip. It will double as a day pack for hiking in the parks. It fits under the airplane seat. The padded laptop sleeve works to keep my tablet protected.

Perfect college backpack and lighter weight than my old backpack

I bought this backpack for my senior year in college! I take it anywhere from work to school and even to the gym! I love how much it can take and comfortable it is to wear !!

I love this backpack. Before buying this I was rocking a Jansport for my freshman-junior year and although I loved it, it got heavy very fast and had minimal spots for organization. As a person who loves organizing buying the Jester backpack was a life changer. My back feels so much lighter and all my school necessities fit perfect with extra space! I love the front pockets design it has kept all my pencils and small school items organized and the larger pouch can fit all my notebooks and my MacBook perfectly. Love love love. The water bottle pocket is so small. Nothing fits in there if you have the backpack full.

Very small, can't put many things in it

I recently bought a backpack for school and it is nice and comfortable when I walk. However, my laptop does fit a bit snug in the pocket but it is my preferred liking. Definitely look at the measurements to see if your laptop may fit. Otherwise, a great backpack for many purposes.

Perfect size for a young lady (high school freshman) water bottle \ laptop \ notebook + accessories like pens\pencils, phone, keys etc. shoulder straps balance the weight evenly, no pain whatsoever.

My daughters asked for North Face Bags for school this year! The shape and size is perfect for them. They're not too bulky looking, not huge. If you need a bag to carry your basic stuff it's perfect, not too big but still standard size! Beautiful color options as well!

My teen daughter got this for school and loves the look. I love that it holds all her stuff and is sturdy enough to last!

I use this product for work, and it has lots of support for my laptop and hold all of the things I need while keeping them secure.
