Great quality backpack but pretty small!

It fits everything I need and it really helps keep the weight spread out so that so am not having to lean over to carry my backpack. Great design.

As a teacher I was looking for something stylish and lightweight that could hold my laptop and a few other things. This has worked out perfectly. I also like knowing it has a lifetime warranty.

I use this backpack for both work and school, so far it is great! Perfect size, not too big and bulky but also still big enough to fit everything I need!

I love so much about this bag. I bought it for my daughter to use as her primary backpack for school. The color is right, the size although a little small was what she wanted, and it has places to hold a water bottle. My complaint is those mesh pockets frayed and were breaking away from the elastic immediately. She put her water bottle in one time and it tore apart. Everything else we love. I just wish it had come with better stitching for those pockets.

It was a great purchase made well roomy. It has enough room for laptops and other items. Comfortable.

This is a great pack. So cute. My daughter says it feels great on her back an doesn't hurt the way lesser brands do. It is a more diminutive size, which is perfect for her as most of her books are online. I have used North Face products for 35 years. I still have a shell that I used as light rain gear when I was a professional Tall Ship Captain. My North Face jacket has been sailing all over the world with me. I even mt biked across the Swiss Alps with it. It is 30 years old, still looks brand new and is still water proof! THANK YOU North Face for being an amazing company!

I chose the daypack over this backpack and returned this one. A great bag if you DON'T need individual storage throughout it.

I got this backpack for college and it's been great! The lightweight and solid back are good for walking around campus. It holds its shape well so that it doesn't sag down when full. That was the problem with my last backpack, which was causing a lot of back pain. For this one, it did take a few days to get used to the stiff back and extra padding, but I haven't had any pain since I started using it. :) I'd say it's the most comfortable backpack I've owned. The storage capacity is a little on the small side, so if you carry a light load like I do this will be perfect. Otherwise, you may want to consider a larger backpack. (Usually, I have my laptop, tablet, water bottle, lunchbox, a jacket, and a few small things in the front pocket). Overall it's an excellent product and well-made.

I absolutely love how this bag stands on its own. The bungee cords are perfect for a jacket and there is room in the middle top pocket for the many things I like to keep with me without them taking up the whole space. I wish I could fit some more things in the main pocket of this backpack, but the size of it is so great and it is so comfortable that I will pare down my stuff to be able to use it for everything.

I LOVE this backpack. It holds more than you think it would. Highly recommend!

My child has this for middle school. She says it's comfortable. It's just the right size without being too bulky. Great buy!

Too small for a school backpack

This backpack is great for carrying heavy notebooks and laptops around school! Super comfortable and internal organization is very helpful.

Perfect size, multiple compartments, not too heavy, well built.

Very sturdy and spacious bag! I haven't had the chance to use it yet but will definitely be useful for any event such as school, work, gym, hiking. The bag itself I thought would be bigger but still very spacious.

The quality is going down compared to the old version.
