Really stylish backpack overall great for people that want to be organized the size is not too small. I thought it was a perfect size and if you think it is too small I would suggest carrying less stuff. Super great for school and keeps your computer safe!worth the price

I bought my first Jester booksack in 2016, and today, in 2022, literally everything has held up but the left strap's fabric has broken off the top of the backpack (it's still solidly attached to the backpack, but the threads at the top wore off revealing the foam underneath. This backpack has withstood 6 years of rough handling at school and travel. I tend to be rough with my backpack, swinging it off my shoulder and throwing it down slightly aggressively sometimes. So the fact that it has held up for six whole years and only the strap is partially broken (it's still completely functional and there are no holes anywhere) is simply remarkable. It's withstood years of rain and snow, getting soaked and everything, yet the zippers and the fabric have held up perfectly. It holds my laptop and all the notebooks I needed. Whenever I traveled, due to the squarish nature of my backpack, I was able to pack 3-4 days' worth of clothes along with my toiletries, my makeup, and my laptop, despite it being a tight fit. This backpack gets past airport security smoothly as well. Never had a problem with it, even in Europe where they tend to be stricter in airports. I could have sewn the strap back on and used it like new, but I decided to buy a new Jester and retire the old one since it's been 6 years. I will keep the old one just in case, but I'm a lifelong fan of this backpack!

The color and material of the backpack are great. However it is considerably smaller than other TNF backpacks we own.

I have this same backpack in a different color and I love it. I was going to get a new one in a different color, but I guess the design has changed, because this one is so much smaller. It also has one less big compartment and it doesn't have as much room in the front pocket as before. The design is super cute, it just can barely hold a binder, let alone textbooks.

Style is great but it’s too small for school, unfortunately

Not as roomy as you think. Everything falls out the front pocket if you don't close it every single time. It sits weird when the main pocket is empty and the small pocket is full. Shoulder straps are good but other than that not much. Def not worth the price. I carry around 4 book and my laptop. Some pen, pens, highlighters, small stapler and laptop charger and its JAM PACKED. The small pocket also takes up room inside the big pocket when full so you REALLY dont have any room.

North Face Jester backpacks are normally great but for this one the color was not expected at all. Looks way darker in person, more of a navy or light blue. The zippers are not gold or white but rather gray, and some are an ugly camouflage. So disappointed

This backpack is very well made and feels like it will last a very long time. The straps are comfortable and the zipper opens and closes smoothly. I will say that the front pocket is smaller than expected, it is only half as deep as the larger back pocket. However, the front pocket does have smaller compartments that allow for organization of small items (e.g. pens, airpods, etc). I am also a bit disappointed in how small the side pockets are. My 21 oz hydroflask water bottle barely squeezes in the pocket, although the pocket has stretched a tiny bit since I've had it. Overall, this backpack works well for me since I mainly use it to transport my laptop and tablet with a few miscellaneous items. It is cute and high quality. However, if you are looking for something with a lot of storage space, you may want a larger bag.

The color and style is eye catching. My daughter loved this pack from the moment she laid eyes on it. She was able to fit all of her items in the backpack. It is worth the money. Also, it stands easily and does not fall down. She's loves it because its so functional.

I didn't like this book bag it was too small didn't even fit more than 3 binders. I also could get my water bottle to fit. Returning it

This bag is nice and look great but is way too small. My daughter can't fit the necessities for school. A Chromebook, notebook and folder fit and that is about it. Very disappointed.

Gorgeous, seems to have a great suspension system, but too small for all the needs of a student. She can fit a binder, a laptop and maybe a notebook inside. Just not large enough. Also the pouch at the top outside creates awkward internal space and contributes to this challenge.

Nice looking backpack just not practical for a college student. It's not big enough to pack books in addition to laptop & any other items you may need for the day. The biggest issue was this is not in any way water resistant. College students are walking on campus rain or shine didn't realize there would be no protection at all & arrive to class with paper homework wet & an English book's pages all damp too. Very disappointed I understand it doesn't say water resistant or water proof in the description but figured it would have some protection. So not a great choice when out in the elements or have a lot of items to put into it just not wide enough

I got this for my daughter for her first year of high school. She can fit her laptop and maybe a notebook or two, which then makes it hard to put her water bottle in the pocket. Needs to be wider.

Bought this backpack for my 8th grade daughter for school. It is a really nice color, and seems good quality. But it's only been used for 2 weeks, so we'll see how it holds up. Nice padding on the back and straps. Disappointed in how small the few compartments are though for all these kids have to carry around! And wish the side water-bottle holder pockets were larger and NOT mesh to accomodate the popular large Hydroflasks. I feel we have to really push the heavy bottle down when the inside has books pushing into the bottle section, and feel that the mesh isn't likely to last long before ripping.

The shipping was fast, and I had mo complications with it, but the only thing is, is it only has 2 pockets, so it wouldn't be suitable for anyone that has a lot of items to put in the bag.

We have these backpacks for our Pom team and they are the perfect size for all of our Gameday needs.

Bought it for my daughter her first year of high school. I thought it could use a little more space but she seems to like it and we have been through several different kinds of back packs over the years.

Looks good but holds only laptop and a few other things. Not big enough for books and school binders. disappointed....

My daughter uses this as her school backpack and loves it. The bag has plenty of room and her laptop is protected.
