This product being used by a student for school with a laptop during the weekdays. Then for hiking on the weekend! Very durable nice looking backpack!

My daughter selected this bag for middle school and she loves the way it looks, amount of pockets and comfort padding on the back and straps. I didn't give it 5 stars for two reasons: 1) The interior is not quite big enough to hold her books and a lunchbox. She would prefer to have it all in one bag like her old backpack. 2) The elastic holders on the outside of the bag barely fit her water bottle, which is a very average size. Otherwise, she's making it work!

I've been using this backpack to carry everything I need for work and to long runs/races. It's super comfortable, lightweight, and holds everything I need. It would be big enough for a weekend or longer trip as well. I am very happy with it!

I love this backpack but I wish the front pocket would go all the way down and not be sown half way.

I love this book bag. I've wanted one for sooo long and finally bought one. It's reasonably priced and very roomy. Fits all of my notebooks and binder. I love the side pockets because my water bottle fits perfectly and I don't have to worry about it slipping out. Overall it's a perfect book bag for anyone in school or working in an office and who may need to take along some stuff for work.

Great backpack for Back-to-School!

I just got this book bag for the new school year and I love it so far! The color is great and there seems to be enough space for all my books. The only minor thing is there seems to be some sort of back support on the backpack thats a bit stiff but I'm pretty sure once I wear it more often it will wear in and become more comfortable

I use this for school and I am able to carry all of my books without the annoyance of back pain that comes with other backpacks

I ordered this backpack for starting college because I wanted a reputable brand that was stylish and functional. My only complaint with this backpack is that it does not have enough space/pockets. I can only fit about two 1.5 inch binders and one small textbook in it comfortably.

This is a great backpack, however I would have preferred more pockets. I personal prefer the Borealis backpack style, however the Jester backpack is very useful and works great. It is durable and comfortable and still fits the things I need most.

I bought this for my daughter to use at school. She LOVES it - it fits her needs perfectly and she couldn't be happier.

The backpack is nice and clearly well made, but the one I received is different from the one I ordered. Online, the backpack has white zippers and white accents, but the one I got in the mail has black zippers and black accents. The only white part is the North Face logo. Not too big of a deal, obviously, but I wanted to call customer service just to let them know. The person with whom I spoke was neither polite nor helpful.

I use this backpack everyday for school. So far, it's been great! The drink pockets on the side are deeper than my previous backpacks, so I don't worry about my water bottle falling out if my back pack falls to its side. The straps are a bit stiff, which I was not expecting, but it is still very comfortable and provides extra support for my shoulders. I love that the back of the backpack is stiff, and my laptop seems very safe because of the sturdy backing.

I use this as my book bag for my college, it is super comfortable and holds everything! Also keeps my MacBook safe with its extra cushioned laptop sleeve.
