I bought this bag to use as a school bag. I thought that it would be very big so that I would have enough room for all of my books, folders, and notebooks. Now after only a month of school, I absolutely hate it! It is very uncomfortable, the straps are to thick and hard and the backing on the bag is to hard also. I also don't like how hard it is to get a book out of the bag. Definitely would not recommend this to anyone else.

It's a really nice backpack, it was just big for my small frame. Other than that, it's good.

I love this bag! It has a lot of space but doesnt look bulky. The laptop pocket easily fits my 15in laptop. The front pocket is perfect for school supplies. The only downside is that it is difficult to reach the side pouches when wearing the backpack.

My daughter has raved about the backpack. It's cool and very functional!

My shoulders were killing me with my last backpack, and I bought this one hoping for something that was more comfortable to carry around campus. I was impressed right away with the lightness of the pack itself, and the smaller fit. It makes a difference to have a backpack that's shaped for a woman! It distributes weight differently and reduces the strain on my shoulders. It holds everything I need in an organized way, and I love the look of it too.

This backpack is very nice and with a lot of spaces. My daughter love it.

I am a big fan of the North Face and their jester backpacks. These backpacks will last you years. I only purchased a new one because I wanted to change my backpack for a new design. I've been using the backpack for about a week now and it's still very comfortable and the perfect size for me. The only thing that I don't like is that the front pocket is now much smaller and I can't fit anything longer than my calculator in there. However, the back pocket is still very spacious and I still manage to fit everything. Overall, it's still a great backpack and I highly recommend it.

I've been wanting this backpack since I was in high school and finally got it. I love it. Super comfortable, sleek looking, and you can use it for anything.

I LOVE this backpack. I am a teacher and active hiker, so I constantly need to haul student work, my laptop, and (at times) multiple binders as well as the occasional light camping/hiking gear. This backpack is perfect for all my teacher-y and outdoor needs! My large 15" laptop fits perfectly in the laptop sleeve and there is still plenty of room for my books, laptop charger, folders, and the occasional binder. My Vera Campus backpack would kill my shoulders and back with this much stuff, but this bag supports my back and shoulders nicely. The only problem I have with the bag is the water bottle pockets on the side. I put a TON of ice in my 32 oz. water bottle and the condensation seeps right through the side, so sometimes a few of my items get wet. I've been good about taking my water bottle out before this, but when I hike, it is unavoidable. Other than the water bottle condensation, I honestly LOVE this bag! I would definitely recommend!

I would recommend this back pack for college students, it holds my 15inch laptop, notebooks, binders, etc and my back does not ache at the end of the day.

I got this backpack because my other one was too small. This is the perfect size for me as a college student. I love that it has the side pockets for my water bottle, it fits all my books and school stuff, and overall is a great backpack

It is a wonder that when you lift the bag you feel the weight but when you wear it you won't feel the weight.

I use this for school. I love the laptop compartment sleeve and the small front pockets.

I bought the heather grey/plum color, it's gorgeous! So comfortable, lightweight and spacious. So many pockets! And two water bottle pockets on the sides which is awesome. Roll up a sweatshirt or blanket in the center which does adjust too. My daughter wants one now! Christmas list...thanks North Face!

I use this backpack everyday for school. At first I thought it wouldn't be big enough but it turns out it is just the right amount of space in a stylish backpack. Furthermore, it is very durable and has nice pockets in the front compartment.

This is the perfect size. I needed something to fit my laptop in and my school books and it's perfect. It's fits a good amount of things without looking to bulky. It is also very comfortable.

It's a nice design but I had to return it because it just wasn't big enough to carry school stuff.

I use the black jester backpack for school and in comparison to my old backpack, this one wins! I had a basic jansport backpack, my back would hurt from the weight of the things inside, when I transferred the things into this backpack, I was amazed. The backpack doesn't look fat like the other, and it somehow felt lighter than the other one despite having the same exact things inside. It's a spacious and durable backpack.
