The backpack was shipped and delivered quickly but showed up a different color than the photo and description. It looks black with teal stitching, but the stitching was black as well and the cord in the front was more of a navy blue. This was for a 6th grade girl so color mattered. It's a good quality backpack just wasn't what we expected from the photos. Returned.

This has been a great school back pack for my 15 yo daughter. Room for books without being too big or bulky.

The backpack has great support. I love the color and it's very comfortable. The only thing that would make it better would be if the front pocket was a little larger.

I got this backpack for school. we are a technology based school so i got it for the computer pocket. however, it needs more pockets for other little things.

This bag was purchased to use as my 11th grader's school book bag for the year. It is definitely large and durable enough to carry all of her heavy textbooks and binders unlike bags she has used in the past that end up ripping halfway through the school year. It is also stylish and had great choices for color combinations to choose from!

I use the product as my school backpack and it holds up very well, fitting all my folders and notebooks I need. Along with a lot of room it has a computer pocket that is cushioned by foam to protect the laptop and also cushion your back while wearing it. The only thing I would say is that it needs more big pockets that have zippers, but north face provides many different styles of backpacks and I sure there are other backpacks that would match anyone's needs.

This bag was purchased for my daughter for use in 11th grade. The bag was great quality and the comments we've seen related to the stiffness of the straps didn't seem to be correct. Super backpack, straps were comfortable. Very sturdy but flexible fabric and construction. Would have given the bag 5 stars but it's just not wide enough to accommodate even a smallish book load, along with laptop.

I use the back pack for high school, so I carry it all day. It irritates the skin on my shoulders and feels like I have rug burn.

I bought this jester as a gift to someone because I had one myself.. I did not know the women's jester would just be poorly designed from the interior front pocket did not fully extend to the bottom it stopped half way. For it to be the same price as Men's jester backpack is just ridonculous. Also one of the adjustable straps was not stitched, it just came as if. I was happy when it came in the mail, but unpleased when my girlfriend & I unbocked it. The Men's jester backpack still goes hard tho. I'd recommend the women's jester for a middle schooler.

I use this backpack for school and it's really great. It's super cute and functional and there's a place for a laptop too! I wish it had another larger pocket sometimes when I need to carry a lot of stuff, but most of the time I'm super happy with it! I really like this backpack.

Love this functional and cool gray pack for totaling my supplies to and from school; overnight trips to friends houses; and getaways to the lake. It fits all my gear and then some. Comfortable to wear, even when loaded out.

This backpack is exactly what I was looking for it has the perfect design and is lightweight so when I'm walking around campus my back isn't aching from all the book in my bag. Absolutely love it and would love to get another color!

Bought this backpack in the white metallic/mid grey for my high school daughter. Color is very attractive with grey mixed in the white with silver reflectors. My daughter thinks size will be perfect and has a nice storage pouch in one of the zipper compartments.

I love this backpack! I'm using it for school, it has great pockets for all the small things, and a good/roomy area for books and folders. Plus the design is fun.

I got this backpack for the school year and it is absolutely amazing. Although I wish it had an extra pocket it still has lots of space for all my books. It's comfortable and doesn't make my bag sore while lugging around my supplies all day. I've also got lots of compliments.
