I bought it has a gift for my fianc and he absolutely loved it, He said it helped his back pain a lot and it was really comfortable especially since he travels a lot in train. Definitely would recommend. I also think it's a beautiful red color.

I use this backpack daily for school, and it's perfect for carrying my laptop, books, and all the essentials. Bought this for my pre-teen daughter and she loves it. As other reviewers pointed out, it doesn't hold tons of stuff, but if she puts her books in her locker, it holds all of her notebooks, binders, and water.

Don't necessarily care for the new design. The old one had more pockets.
