The bag is huge I can fit all my books and laptop and there is still more space I love it

Really pleased with the design - exactly what I was looking for!! Features are perfect for my needs!!

Backpack for travel because I wanted the side pockets for my water bottle. Unfortunately, if you actually fill this backpack all the way full, the water bottle falls out the side. The top pocket seems like a good idea but if that is full, it becomes top-heavy and your entire backpack flops open when you open the main compartment. There is more room at the bottom of the backpack but once it starts getting full, it's really hard to zipper. I love Northface and have a ton of their backpacks. This one was just a fail for me.

I love this bag. It has a lot of room to fit many things and still not look bulky.

I bought this for my husband and he loves it. He just used it when he traveled and it was perfect for keeping all electronics safe

Great Backpack for class. Lots of storage in top pocket and protective laptop sleeve. Perfect for my needs storing ipad, computer and folders w/ ample room.

I'm using this for college and so far been amazing. Super comfy and nice looking. Only complaint is the laptop pocket is a little tight for my 15 inch laptop. It tends to know my pen off the magnetic pad on the computer.

Good product, tons of storage, comfortable straps

Spacious and compact

Top strings have both come out with less than a year of use. Only use the backpack for school and travel to and from school. Have to wait 6-8 weeks for a replacement. Extremely disappointing.

Great backpack, love traveling with this quality item

This was a replacement backpack for one that the strap completely ripped off of in normal daily use for a high school student. Now the zippers completely ripped off this bag and I happened to see it happen. My son was just zipping the bag up & BOTH zippers ripped off. Two backpacks in less than two years rendered useless. We will be switching brands.

Very functional and lightweight. Holds all of my gear. Plenty of space.

I love this backpack for hiking in the snow and holding my snacks and extras. I store my snow boots, snow gloves, snow socks and neck gator in there when not hiking, it is the perfect size, not too big and not too small. It is very comfortable to wear.

Good: Sturdy design. Bads: The shape is weird. Doesn't look good when I carry it. The straps hurt my shoulders after carrying it for 10 minutes with just a laptop. Seems to slip from the shoulders. Planning to return it. Usually I like TNF products. But not this one.
