Not happy with overall quality for Skechers - straps cheap and not room for adjustment - size slighty long - quality down - would have sent back if could have been bothered

I am ticked. I paid using PayPal and when I submitted order Skechers change the shipping address. My shoes have gone to the wrong address and I am unable to get ahold of customer service.

One strap was too long so didn't look right in front.

These sandals are in bad need of an adjustable strap across the top of the foot. The only way to adjust the fit is the strap behind the ankle, which closes with the tiniest bit of strap. It comes loose and opens by itself. My heel has fallen off the side of the shoe when the strap opened by itself. I was driving at the time, and if I had not been going very slow in a parking lot it could have resulted in an accident. Do NOT wear these shoes while driving. If they come loose while walking, it could result in a twisted ankle. The strap across the top does not adjust, it stays loose all the time. The fit would feel more secure if this part could also be made more snug.

I sent the shoes back! I didn't like the look. They were way to narrow for my feet.

the back strap was awful. After I put them on I walked about 20 ft and the back strap totally came undone and the sandal started falling off.

Love most shoes. This sandal was not a good product.

This shoe was very cute. I wish it would come in a wide width

I like the style but straps are too tight

I ordered these online and then returned this product to my local Sketchers store. Unfortunately, I had to go there twice because no one tells you that they cannot be returned with the packing slip....even though it contains all of your information. I had to go home and dig through my deleted emails and print it out. that is the ONLY documentation that they will accept for a return. Pffft

I returned them upon receiving which was 2 weeks ago. Have not received a credit. I sent an email last week and have not heard a response

Might want to order a half size bigger then you wear they run small

How Skechers could design a top strap on a sandal that does NOT adjust to the top of your foot is beyond me!!!. Other than that they are lightweight and feel comfortable but look ridiculous with a floppy top strap and loose fitting. Sending them back
