Size and fit were fine. But it took about 3 months to break them in. Many blisters.

Inner sole feels good.

These are solid composite toe shoes that will be used to work in the warehouse. They run a little bigger than normal running shoes. I usually wear a 7.5 in everyday boots and Nike running shoes and a 7 in everyday sandals. Originally, ordered these in women's 7.5 and they were too big, so had to call in an exchange in a smaller size. They might rub a little around the upper ankle/lower calf but at least the ankle support is solid.

I have a heard time finding work shoes that are comfortable for ten hour shifts. These work for me. There just a bit big. I would buy them again.

Good shoe does have a little part that’s tight around the ankle that feels like metal that hurts but I think I have it too tight I loosened it at it wasn’t as bad.
