The size of shoe is too big! I've been waiting for response now 2 weeks an led no one is returning my request for return exchange

Been buying Skechers for years. Happy to see arch fit. Unhappy that since I couldn't find my Skechers card and neither the store or corporate could locate my previous purchases I have lost the "points" for Skechers credit. Doesn't seem fair. I do like the product. SS

used as work shoes. the only downside so far, they squeak when you walk.

One of the most comfortable shoes I ever owned. Other Skechers I've owned requires you to purchase some shoe glue to repair them - they don't last very long.

Sneakers are comfortable but the right sneaker is squeaking after just 4 uses.

I use the shoe for work, I have very bad feet, they are a good shoe but the cushioning is very hard when walking, but I bought the ULTRA-GO shoes and they were A+ rating, very soft like walking on a cloud, but I can't find them.

Solely for walking (pun intended). The i loved the walking shoes i purchased previously they were Gen 5. Very comfortable. But the arch fit shoes caused me to get blisters on my toes due to the arch shifting my foot too much forward. I am going to order the same pair I have now. They are too worn now so I would like to replace them with the same shoe type.

Only good for around the house or walking on pavement

The inside heel of both shoes is breaking after less than two months.

I do a lot of walking and hoped these would be my new favorite Skechers. But disappointed.

When I bought the item I bought it for the description of the arch support. That was the main focus. They support the arches and are lightweight but the very first time I wore them my feet and trainers stunk after of horrible wet dog. I have never had bad foot odour until I bought these shoes. I have had to spend another 100 to buy a different pair.

The sides will give a little if you need extra room but the toe area will not. Okay if you are wearing them for a short time (less than 30 min) but I got these to walk around Disney World. Trying them on before the trip, I just knew that by the end of the first day, I'd have blisters and/or raw toes.

One shoe is so loud that I have to stop wearing them. Sketcher support was not very helpful.

Bought two pair in different colors 1 in store and 1 online. Both squeak terribly from an apparent internal flaw as the squeak emits from the arch area. Cust srv did not respond to email complaint.

the product is fine, but the customer service is very poor. Wrote two emails and called and did not get any feedback

Daily with jeans or sweat pants

These shoes are quite comfortable for limited everyday use, maybe including very light walking. However, I tend to walk several miles every day and they absolutely destroyed my toes. Part of the problem is that the insole is bizarrely slippery. The slope created by the arch support means my feet are constantly sliding and getting compressed forward and outward, putting a lot of pressure on my little toes and ultimately causing bad blisters. I'm confident the shoe size isn't the issue. I couldn't tie the laces any tighter to prevent the problem as the shoes don't provide the necessary support around the top and outside. Wearing thick wicking socks didn't solve the problem either. The quality seems questionable too. After a few weeks, one of the shoes started making a loud creaking noise on every step. I think parts of sole have come apart internally. Given the price, I am very disappointed and would not recommend these shoes.
