Hi I purchased these for my daughter they fit true to size however the shoe shoe strings look yellowish or cream color... they messed up a beautiful white puma with yellowish shoe strings

RS-X Glitz Women's Sneakers are beautiful, however inaccurate sizing. I always wear 8.5 in tennis shoes but should have ordered a 9 shoe. I was so excited to get them and walking in the house did not give a true experience of how they fit. I wore them to work and after about 15 minutes I realized my big toe was being pushed back when I walked. I work 12 hour shifts in an emergency department so I walk a lot, needless to say I had severe cramps in my feet that night. I did not bother to try to return them since I had wore them to work even though I tried them on at home that was not enough to determine how they really fit.
