I bought these a few years ago. The toe strap came undone from the shoe causing me to fall in a parking lot, knocking myself unconscious, breaking my glasses, and landing in the ER. Decided to give them another try in March of this year. By June, the ankle strap broke on one. They did send me a replacement strap and a back up strap. Two days ago, the toe part on this pair came undone causing me to fall AGAIN! Their solution is to send me a replacement pair instead of a refund. I am not trying to fall again! I am out enough money from paying for 2 pair, an ER visit, and having to buy new eyeglass frames. Buyer beware!

I have had this in black for several years and love it. Bought it again in white and love that its a natural white and not a stark white!

Terrible. Second pair of these I've bought that broke within 2 months of having them. Definitely not worth the price. Super disappointed in the quality.

If no stars was an option that it what I would give these sandals. Although they look so cute on, After only the second time wearing them the piece between the toes ripped completely out of the shoe.Extremely disappointed :thumbsdown:

I loved these sandals the moment I saw them.I purchased them 7/22.These were my 'good sandals' and I only wore them about once a week until the end of September. I started wearing them again 5/23, for trips to town, once a week or less.At the end of June the strap came out of the sole of the left sandal. The first person I spoke to thru customer service was very dismissive, adamant about the 6month warranty for craftsmanship and left me feeling like I was done with this company. About 6 weeks later I decided to pursue getting the sandals repaired, contacted customer service again, this time spoke to someone considerably more helpful, and after sending in pictures of my sandals received a repair quote of $100!! The sandals only cost around $150! I did get a coupon for 30% off the repair, but once you add the cost to ship the sandals back, not much of a savings. I expected these sandals to last at least 5 years at the minimum rate that I wore them over the course of a year. Think a 6 month warranty for craftsmanship is unreasonable for something that does not get used year round. I sent in a picture of the soles of the sandals which clearly show how little they were worn. I have in the past bought a pair of wing tips and a purse from this company but I'm afraid they have lost a customer.

Love these sandals! They run TTS and the double buckle makes them adjustable for narrow, like mine, or wide feet so they dont slip around and you dont have to grip with your toes when you walk. Perfect for skinny or flared jeans, shorts, dresses, whatever. Easy break in between the toes and are very comfortable. The brown was lighter than pictured but still versatile and I think Im going to get the white.

Love the Moon sandal. Very comfortable, however, after wearing them for the day, in between the toes were soar.

They comfortable and stylish....love them!
