Way too wide

I ordered them in two sizes...i felt they run big but narrow. Neither size fit.

I have never has a 36 size not fit me, so sad that these way too long, at least 1/2"!! I love them but have to return them.

Wore this sandal a few times . I did like them , then I noticed they were coming apart. Too bad a lot of money spent on inferior product.

These are beautiful, but not for wide feet. My feet are just slightly on the wide side -- I usually wear a regular width but will buy wide if available. These sandals made my foot look crammed-in! I couldn't even try walking with them on. Too bad, they are attractive and one of the few closed-toe sandals that I could find.

Fit is snug, but good. Left shoe has a deep crease in the leather which makes the shoe look damaged when on my foot so I am exchanging it. I was all put off that it was shipped in a generic box without any indication (paperwork, etc) of what it was.

Note the back of the shoes. On one shoe the strip down the heel is the shiny side of leather. On the other the rough, wrong side of leather is up.

Your sizing is off. I wear a US 6. Your 36 is too small and the size 37 I purchased previously is too large.

cute style. too small in every way even though it was noisy usual size in this brand.

Too narrow. Should come in widths.

The size stated was 5 to 5 1/2; put shoe on and had a full 1 1/2” gap from my heel to the back curve of the shoe!

These are cute but too big unfortunately. I usually wear 7-7.5 so that’s what I ordered, and they were at least a half size if not more too big. I would exchange and try smaller but they are out of stock so I must return. I also noticed the edges of the leather felt stiff and cut in to my foot a little as I stepped, I imagine that would soften with wear but could cause a few blisters in the process. Seemed comfortable enough but not a ton of arch support. The color was off too- more dull in person, like a camel tan color rather than the fun yellow mustard color which is what I was expecting from the photos. Bummer!

These are very cute but lack arch support. I ordered a pair of Dansko Rowans instead in the color Honey. Hopefully, those work out better for me. I have quite a collection of Dansko shoes. These Josef Saibels run true to size. They just do not have arch support in my opinion.

I am so disappointed that these shoes are not working out for me. I love the style, the look and craftsmanship. I tried these shoes on immediately when they arrived. They were seemingly comfy. I just returned from my vacation a week later and I could not wear these shoes after walking through the airport terminals. My right shoe was so sore on my foot I had to put the shoes away for the entirety of my trip. They seem to be the same size but I just cannot wear them now as there are sores on my foot from enduring the walk thru the Atlanta Airport.

Fit and size were correct. Support is fine. The finishing of the toe and sole of each shoe is done very poorly and thus, looks cheap.

Super cute but pricey. I wear 7-7.5 so assumed that these were somewhere between 37-37.5 as in ALL the other shoes I've purchased - including other Josef Seibel's that's what I have gotten. I guess if you're buying the boots and will wear thick socks they're ok but for shoes these are on the 7.5-8 end of the spectrum so if you're closer to 7 they will be too big all the way around.

Really cute shoe...just too large

This shoe fit my wide, narrow-heeled foot well. However, the sole is dangerously slippery—a real hazard. The sole is also relatively thin with little cushioning and totally without arch support. This is a very disappointing Seibel product.

The shoes did not come in their original box. They looked like they had been worn.

Super cute shoes but way, way too large. I usually wear size 8 and purchased 8-8.5. The shoes were too big both in length and seemed much wider than your usual medium width. Sorry to send them back.

Everything indicates these Cognac color Rosalie 42 are Knock-offs. The lettering in the leather and on the foot pad do not match the picture on the website or on the same style black pair I recently purchased. The leather feels course vs. the smooth soft leather on my black pair. Also they are more narrow and the right shoe toe box is tight.
