Your on-line orde/return process is horrible. I'd prefer buying from one of your stores, but you closed the one in my area.

When I opened up the sweater there was a stain on the back of the sweater. Will have to exchange or return. I like the concept of reversible sweater and the fit.

I love the quarter zip but it is not reversible. There is a tag on the one side that shows when you wear the reversible side. I ordered 2 and they both have the tag. You can't cut it out clean. This is not shown in the pictures in the catalog.

The XL is to tight around the forearms and the waist area is cut too large. The sweater is very boxy.

The arm fit on these were not great...especially the wrist. You know how when your sweater wears out and the wrists opening gets huge and saggy? The wrists were like that from the start. The opening was huge and baggy and just felt off. Would not recommend unless you have gorilla arms.

The modern day large is now made for the modern day American. That means way too big for me. Since JJ doesn't have a medium/tall, be looking else where.

Size runs much smaller than expected. Returned the medium and the large. Other brands are fine in Medium.

The XL was too large around the waist so I went with the L although it still seems a bit wide through the waist. After one wash the length was shortened and the width is just looks awkward. It would be good for someone 5'6 200lbs. I'm 6'1" and 205 and a large shirt should not be too wide or too short. Very well made, the sizing just doesn't seem to work for taller slender people. I have two sweaters that cost a lot of money that I now have to give away.

Thin, sweatshirt like fabric. Awkward with label showing outside when reversed.

Very very very disappointed with the quality of this quarter zip. I gave 2 new reversible quarter zip to my bf as a Christmas gifts - one in blue/light gray, and berry/purple. We washed them both according to the instructions with another new sweater that I got from a different company - in cold water and delicate/gentle cycle. The berry color bled into the other sweater and ruined it! My boyfriend didn't even get to try the other sweater! We expected a high quality sweater from Johnston and Murphy - not something that will bleed and ruined other clothes. Very much disappointed with this.

Quarter Zip had many places where the stitching was bad. Definitely not the quality I expected. Sent it back twice!

Very poor design. The sleeves at the bottom are the largest I have ever seen. Do not understand how anyone could make a shirt with such large sleeves. At least 2 inches too big.

Zipper fell off 1st time I used it. Current version feels "cheaper" than previous versions.
