I have narrow feet and have difficulty finding size narrow. Based on the reviews, these run narrow so I ordered 38.5 M. I normally wear size 8.5 N and these fit perfectly. Color is trendy and good neutral.

These are super cute and comfortable. I wear between an 8.5 and 9, and went with the 9, but could have fit either size. The 9 gives me enough room to wear a more cushiony sock if I'd like. Very pretty in person, quality leather and nice design.

Absolutely one of the most comfortable boots I’ve ever worn (the first time I wore them was for an entire day of traveling, doing lots of walking in the airport.) My only suggestion is to buy a size up…these run narrow, and smaller than typical western-style boots. I normally wear a size 8.5-9 easily, and had to reorder to get a size 10. Otherwise, they are perfect.

These are beautiful boots but I wish they came in half sizes. I normally wear a size 9 but they were a bit big so I ordered the 8 and they were too small. I believe that an 8.5 would have fit nicely.

Love them but they were too small. I normally wear a 7 and am going to order a 7.5 which will hopefully be perfect fit. My toes felt too crammed likely because of the pointed toe but they were otherwise comfortable! The suede had some white spots on it not sure if that is just the nature of the material but also the bottoms of the shoes looked like they may have been worn before. Otherwise love them! Order 1/2 size up

Does not fit a high arch. Nice quality

I read the reviews and against my better judgment I ordered my US size. I should have ordered my European size. The size was way off and small!! Also, the boots are NOT a dark brown such as the picture, they are a tan color that matches my summer skin color. The boots are beautiful, they look much more expensive than they are, but they run SMALL and incredibly narrow. The zipper is a functional zipper not just decorative such as described. I ordered the brown leather pair. I did go ahead and placed an exchange order, I hope that going up a whole size may make them more comfortable because they really are cute and can be worn year round.

Loved the style and color taupe. (Ordered a size 6 instead of my usual 6.5 and the boots fit fine. Comfort was not there, slightly too narrow for my toes and the boot didn’t fit right around my lower ankle area which felt strange and most likely would rub after wearing long periods of time. Returning because of the lack of comfort.

The boots were so cute I wanted to love them but they ran small, also the heel was narrow making them harder f walk in than your traditional cowgirl bootie.

This shoe is marked as a 41, which I does not translate to the size I need, which is 42.

I absolutely love these boots- however they are EXTREMELY narrow- I'm hoping sizing up will do the trick, but I doubt it! I'm so sad and disappointed.

The color is completely different. Not black. More like a light gray.

They are not black like the picture indicates. Yes the color says carbon but the pic is black. These are gray, all day long.

These look nice but have a terrible fit, painfully uncomfortable. The arch of the shoe comes no where close to being any type of supportive. It’s as if the arch goes the opposite direction and the toe squeezes the ball of my foot. Additionally the soles have no grip. I read that they have leather soles but they are not leather, rather some cheap manmade component. Worse yet, the right boot bagged at the inside arch, while the left boot did not.

the photo shows the boot is black, however they are a weird color- faded black with hints of brown and purple.

Actually the boot is very cute BUT I ordered the BROWN pair THREE TIME and got the tan pair each time!!!! Have sent two pair back but still have not received a refund after 11 days! Have ordered from Zappos many time and have always been satisfied but so not this time!
