Love these and they appear to be true-to-size! Arrived quickly in time for a gift. Since these are for my granddaughter, I cannot attest to the width, but she says they are good!

Customer service was wonderful. I received the wrong size twice through Amazon and Hey Dude made it right.

I bought these shoes for a relative, and they are super cute, can be paired with anything and confortable.

They were actually to big for my daughter I ended up having to give them to my niece

Alright, just not that great when playing on slick/ smooth grounds. Shoes are too flat bottomed have no grip when kids are running around on tiled floors.

Was charged for the shoe by HeyDude and asked to give feedback on the product! Funny thing is, you can't give feedback on a shoe you never received! Very frustrating!

I never even received the shoes, I ordered them and two weeks later there was still no update so I emailed hey dude. No response other than an automated email telling me my order shipped. A week later, tracking still said processing, so I sent another email. Response was that it can take 10 days, well it's been almost a month. I emailed back at 4 weeks and told them that this was the worse customer service I've ever received. Instead of a response I got an automated email stating my order was cancelled. After waiting for a month, cancelled. Never again will I order shoes here.

I haven't actually received the item - it was missing from my shipment. I've been back and forth with customer service for a month not just trying to get my order. It's been a terrible experience.

Why are you still scamming people? I plaves a $60 order and never received item at all!

Not boy shoes need refund

I was sent children's shoes, not adult size. I was then told that I couldn't get a refund or exchange because the sale was "final". However, the ad says "Final Sale", but doesn't define what that means. I meant it to mean that this was the final sale on these shoes and not that sales were final and couldn't be refunded or exchanged. I don't know if Hey Dude was deliberately deceptive or they need to hire an English major to review their copy, but I am not happy. It also took them a week to respond to my e mail about my issues. You will also notice that nowhere on their web site is a phone number to call. That number is listed on the response from "customer service" a week after my message was sent. In short, these people appear to be deceptive and not interested in customer service. Buyer beware if you do business with them. I have already alerted my credit card company about this business.
