My daughter got to wear hers 3 times before someone elses dog chewed the lace. No replacement laces with Hey Dude, no exceptable options that I ah e found given this uniqueness of the lace size and color. Very disappointed Hey Dude can not come up with a way to get me a lace I am willing to pay and give. The uniqueness for the laces they should have this as a option.

I bought hey dudes for my 9 year old son a couple of weeks ago for school. He's worn them 4 times since school started and there are strings hanging out everywhere. I came to the website to leave a review and the shoes aren't even on the site anymore. Disappointment is an understatement he was so excited to own his first pair and they look like trash!!!!

I was shipped the wrong size and nobody can respond to an email! This was my daughters school shoes and now has been several weeks. Customer service is terrible. Pretty sad nobody can make it right when it's your fault the wrong size was sent out.

The shoes are comfy and cute but its a shame I was given the wrong size. I tried to exchange the shoes for the size I ordered and received the wrong size again. Someone doesnt know what shoes sizes are correct. I live in the us we do us sizes. Your people need to get this straight. So while the shoes are cute and comfy they are too big. People cant accurately review the shoes if they do t get the right size.

Id love to give a great review. My friends have these shoes and my niece is dying to get hers. The issue is, they havent been delivered and I cant get a response on when they will.

Doesn't fit right and wasn't true to color I ordered. I wasn't pleased

Uncomfortable. Thin soles. Cheaply made.
