This shoe is so beautiful, but it's feels very loose , as if it's not made to fit well.

I have been looking for a plain but classy looking sandal for a while and this shoe fits the bill. The leather is a very rich looking tan and the wedge height is perfect.

So much about this shoe works: style is very cute. Material (cork) very nice, and PERFECT WEDGE, not too high and not too flat. One flaw, but it’s a deal breaker. The back strap around the heel is too tall and rubs my ankle bone. Only bad on my left foot. But it’s bad on the left foot. I read the reviews complaining about this strap, but I was hoping that would not be my experience. Unfortunately, I am returning them. This strap is not adjustable and the only way to modify it is to cut the strap so it doesn’t extend over the ankle bone.

These are very cute! Ordinarily Gentle Souls fit me perfectly, but the side strap on these hits just under my ankle bone and would soon result in blisters, so sadly they are going back.

These sandals are absolutely adorable. Wore them to work with slacks and several people commented on how cute they are. The footbed is so comfortable - I can sometimes get away with a medium width but often need a wide. Ordered these in medium and they are perfect.

I LOVE the look of this shoe but the strap dug into my ankle very uncomfortably.

I love this shoe however after wearing for the first time today, I already have a blister on the left ankle, near the strap. Other than that, the shoe is extremely comfortable. The right shoe does not bother me at all.....so does the left shoe have a defect? I feel like for the price of the shoe and it not being comfortable on one foot, I need to return it.

I loved these sandals, the leather is a perfect color, the style very classic and the heel height is perfect but I suffered a foot injury and can't wear this style for a while. Once better, I will order again and hope they're still available.

I have a black pair very similar in style to these, both are Gentle Souls. They are some of the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned! Love both pairs!

Ankle strap hits right on ankle bone and hurts. Love the material & style but I can’t walk in them.

Sole was extremely comfortable but the ankle strap hit my ankle and was too sturdy. Made it uncomfortable.
