I loved everything about these shoes, but my goodness they were SO BIG and SO WIDE! I am returning and ordering a smaller size -with my fingers crossed!

I have been looking for a simple black flat for a long time. So many "ballet" flats are cutesy, or cut so low that the are uncomfortable or show too much toe cleavage. These are a nice quality leather, a nice toe shape, and comfortable sole. I do feel I will need to break them in a little, but not too much.

I really wanted to like these. They are buttery soft. My foot slid right in. I had high hopes but the foot bed is designed with contours and ridges that hit in the wrong spots. So the shoes irritated my feet and dug into the top of my big toe bone.

I really loved this shoe. But the white is not even off white. It is more of a golden beige. Not the color I wanted. So I returned them.

Like the look. Nice ballet shoe. Had to stretch out the upper edge of the front, I have a high instep and it was uncomfortable. Nice width. Barely acceptable arch support, but not planning to walk a lot in them. Leather is good quality.

I wear a 6.5 and definitely sized down when I purchase this. My feet are somewhat wide but I love the gentle souls by kenneth cole. This is my third pair from the brand. This shoe is definitely worth the price and more durable that other expensive brands I have.

This is my third gentle souls by kenneth cole. So I knew how the fit and quality was going to be. I order according to my shoe size (6.5). This shoe does run slightly large but its okay. I like that these shoes are somewhat of a wide fit since my feet tend be a little wide for some narrow shoes. Overall, it is good to wear all day but I know I will eventually need a foot padding later on. Overall, happy with my purchase.

Ordered 1/2 down on leopard because some reviews said it ran large. For me it is true to length but runs large in the width - or it was stretched out. I've had and currently have some Gentle Soles and love them for comfort and quality. These were made in China if that means anything.

They are very comfortable and are perfect for dressier leggings which is why I purchased them. I've had experience with Kenneth Cole in the past and was sure of their quality.

Lovely shape and good leather. Good arch support. I've returned it to see if next size will fit better.

I have worn a size 7 my entire adult life and these shoes were at least a half size smaller. I am returning them for a 7.5. The width of the shoe was too small as well. My toes were squished in the toebox to appoint it was uncomfortable. I’m hoping the half-size up will solve both of my problems because this is a lovely shoe. Very excited to have found a flat that looks classy and Doesn’t have the dreaded toe cleavage

These are beautiful shoes but I need them in narrow width. The size medium gaps on my feet

Loved the look but too narrow - will only work if you truly have A or B width feet. Also very flat.

I can't really say much about these, because they were just the completely wrong shape for my feet! I tried them because the shape and reviews made me think they would be a good fit for my wide feet. They weren't. The style was fine, so worth a try.

If you have flat toes, these might work for you, but the way they taper down at the toe. I have no idea who's feet these are made for. My big toe hurt after wearing them for 10 mins.

I wanted to like these but they were very uncomfortable. They were also very large and fell off my feet as I walked-I have a slim foot. Sad to have to return them. The only nice thing about these shoes is the leather quality. These ballet flats are big and bulky, not feminine or dainty at all. Oh well.

Not the same Gentle Souls shoes I had before. These were very cheaply made. They were way too wide with gaping sides. The left shoe was a full size smaller than the right. These shoes looked like they would fall apart after a few wearings. Definitely not worth the price. Sending back.

Didn’t like the style when I put it on my foot.
