I am new to wearing work boots, so I ordered almost a dozen to try on. This Avenger style by far surpassed the others in fit and comfort right out of the box, and it had all of the features I needed in a boot. The black model looks a bit like a high-top sneaker, so not very rugged-looking, in my opinion. I wish it was brown with the light tan sole. But who cares when the price and comfort get 5 stars. I have high arches and didn't even need to switch out the insole. If you're wondering about the fit, the size 7 is labeled as a Euro size 40, so add .5 for each half size and compare the Euro size to the label inside what you normally wear... they run about a half size large. I'm normally a 39 but the 40's fit me very well with my wool hiking socks.

The shoe fits perfect! It's light weight and feels great, not big bulky and heavy like normal work boots.

Very good quality boot. Obviously being used for work so styling not critical but comfort is. First day worn at work, toe box hurt my toes so bad, I could barely walk to my vehicle at end of shift. To be fair , boots may become more wearable after break in period , but out of the box, correct sizing is crucial.

Love this brand. On my 3rd set of safety shoes and Avenger is my favorite pair so far. Comfy outta the box and has a solid build that's seems to be quality.

First of all proof I am not one of the these bs review I work at SDF8 RME. These are probably the best boots you are going to find at this time. Issues they have are no ventilation. They are very comfortable and fit well. Almost like a tennis shoe. I wish the reebok rapid response boots would comeback to the NACF program or open up more options. This year 2021 was limited. Anyway review done. Can't complain free comfortable boots.

I really like these boots for work! Thank you, Amazon! I'll admit, they're a little big, but maybe I should have ordered a size 11; but not too big, I guess. I like the extra room in my boots anyways. Not sure if they'll be great for the winter snow, but only time will tell! Super great for work: Comfortable and composite toe to protect my toes from getting hurt. Really important. A lot more comfortable than I would anticipate. Arch is OK, I think. I have extra insoles that I'll use if it bothers me. It's not a running shoe, it's a great quality work shoe/boot that will protect my feet from injury, that's what's the most important!

These are my 3rd pair of safety shoes, and they are wildly comfortable. I do on average 12,000 steps a day and i wear these shoes 5 days a week at work. Highly recommended.
