I have a narrow foot and these did not fit at all. Even w/an extra insert foot was coming out with each step.

I ordered the shoes because I loved the style and was very excited that it came in narrow. I have a hard time finding cute shoes in my size; 11N. When they arrived and I tried them on I was disappointed because they were not narrow. I'm giving them 3 stars because of this.

I got these for work as I am on my feet all day and thought they looked cute and would work. Wore them in on Saturday when I work less hours and went home with aching feet. They are just not wide enough for me and I also need a shoe with a lower back.

I love this shoe, it is my second pair. The problem is although the size is the same as my previous one, it is at least a half size, maybe a full size too big. I've had to return it to try again with the smaller one.

I have a narrow foot, and was hoping these would work. Even with an extra insert my foot was slipping out. They are cute shoes though. Cushioning was nice.

I love the Arch Support shoes. These were not in that category but I thought they might work for me as they had laces. They helped me tighten the laces but with no devise to hold it they became loose as you walk.

When I put the shoes on, they felt heavenly and looked great. After less than an hour, it began to feel like I was walking on pebbles. Almost like the cushioning in the forefoot was gone and the right shoe started to slip off with each step. I'm sad because back they go! Thank you Zappos.com for your superior service. You are ALL GREAT.

The shoes are super comfortable, BUT the straps across the front of my feet are terribly loose. My feet flop and they slide right out the front. IF I had wide or fat feet they'd be perfect. But I have medium feet.

It says these are washable, but now that I have, they are too tight and the heel is warped so that they don't stay on my feet right and push into my heel. They were fine before I washed them, now they are garbage. I'll stick with Hey Dude!

For starters Zappos - you need to add an N/A category as I could not get these on to comment about the arch or width. These were awful. I have never seen a pair of shoes that looked and felt so cheap. I will never buy a $50 pairs of shoes again... I was suspect given the low price, but comments and pics all looked good. That was a mistake!

Very disappointed that when shoes arrived, the left one has three dark circular dots on the top - appears like an end of roll of fabric.
