I loved these shoes, so I was so disappointed to return them solely for the greater arch support I need. Even with my insoles, it just wasn't enough. For others though, the lightweight, comfortable feel would be great. It really seems like a very good shoe.

From the moment I slipped on the shoe, it was comfortable. No breaking in as you do with most shoes. The only dislike would be that the shoe doesn’t offer a lot of support for walking. I would only recommend for casual walking. It doesn’t appear to be suitable for a power walk.

I would have liked to try this on in a wide. I normally wear a medium but these were tight and my sock left deep marks in my foot.

I will wear these socially when I am dressed casually. They look nice! This 577v5 cannot be compared to a New Balance regular cross trainer shoe. I cannot imagine walking any distance in them as the material in the shoes is very soft and flexible.

Have to return. Not a wide shoe at all. I’ve had other New Balance shoes in wide and have all fit. This was so narrow I couldn’t even get on my foot,

Ordering a half size up. Due to the narrow nature of the shoe, the size needed to increase to fit correctly. The shoe also hits higher in the front and heel than shoes I’ve had in the past. Take some getting used to, but since the sole feels like a cloud, I’m happy to make the adjustment.

Bought these for my job at a hospital and they just felt like they had no support. Returned.

This style of shoe was recommended by my podiatrist following bunion surgery. The color is great -- between muted blue and gray. There was a sewn-in pleat in the right tongue that showed no matter how I adjusted the laces. They had to be returned. Too bad.

These shoes were cute, but I recommend going up at least half a size, I normally wear a 10 and my toe was at the very end of the shoe, and that was in the wide width.

Purchased 9W. Had to return them as they were too big and the material folded weirdly around the laces. Felt bigger than other 9W NB's I have

They are okay comfort wise but no arch support so unable to keep. I wanted to love them because I think they are pretty cute (grey and aqua color). Also they aren't very breathable so my foot felt hot when I tried on.

I usually love new balance running shoes. This was a true wide which I appreciated, but there was absolutely no arch support. So if that’s important to you buy a different pair.

I liked the looks of this sneaker but the style was not good for my feet. I have a bunion on my left big toe. For some reason my left big toe ended up in the middle of the end of shoe. Very weird. I’ve never had this problem before. So I sent them back to Zappos. Luckily I had also ordered the New Balance 680v6 and they fit very well.

This shoe was very comfortable except it was too small

These are my go to workout shoes. I lift, step, and do other aerobic type activity. The first pair I got the stitching on the middle of the top of the foot started to unravel, but Zappos replaced them and I haven't had the same problem with the replacement pair. The shoes are very light weight and comfortable. The flat laces stay tied through every workout.

Ok shoe but I ordered 2 pairs and preferred the other

I almost kept these but ended up deciding to return them. Out of the box, they are stylish and comfortable. The insole is not that supportive, so I tried it on with separate inserts that I have and felt good about it. I kept wearing them around the house for the rest of the evening, but by the end of the night, my heels were very sore, which indicates it's not supportive enough for me.

Cute shoe, but ran small for me. I have 3 pairs of NB at home and all are 8.5. I ordered a 9 after reading a review that indicated that this shoe ran small. Even after going up a half size, the shoes were a little snug and I had to return.
