These shoes are pretty good. I like the way they fit. I recommend getting a half size bigger for this shoe. All other converse shoes I have I wear 11s. Originally I bought 11s with this shoe but had to exchange them for an 11.5. Zappos was super speedy getting the exchange done. Good shoes overall.

My only other experience with Converse is a pair of Sailor Jerry canvas slip-ons that I bought years ago. Those are a size 9, so that's what I bought these in. The CTAS Double Gore Slip in a 9 are slightly big on me, although not so big as to be unwearable. Since I typically wear an 8.5 in most shoes and boots, I'm going to guess that Converse sizing is spot on and these are "true to size" and "true to width". I won't be sending these back, but Zappos' free return policy sure takes the trepidation out of buying footwear online. This, along with their price and selection definitely makes them a "go to" shoe source.

I ordered a size 8 just like all my others shoes I own but it was a little too big especially width. So if you’re between a size 7.5-8.5 go for 7.5. ? Also buyer beware where you’re heels touch the back of the shoe will hurt depending on if you scrape your leg easily. I slid my foot in and it was rough I even tried no show socks and crew/ankle socks. It hurt a little bit. It’s very uncomfortable in my opinion but we all have our comfort levels! I liked how it looked, but was smaller than expected. So I'm ordering a size up.

Really sad these didn’t work out. I saw another review where a lady said the left a big scrape on the back of her foot that was bleeding. She even posted pics. Well I must say, I completely agree with her. I put these on to see how they fit since they were bought for an upcoming vaca. I put them on and decided no way do I wanna feel this on the back of my foot while walking on vaca or any other time. Not sure what’s going on to cause this issue but hope converse is aware and can fix it. I have marked the shoes as narrow due to comparing the fit to my vans of the same style.

I own 3 pairs of converse already, all size 9 so I felt comfortable buying these in the same size. They came out to be the right length but tighter enough around the toes that I couldn't keep them. I think a 9.5 would end up fitting the width enough but then they would be too long for a slip on shoe and I can't imagine that would be comfortable. Unfortunately 9.5 is not in stock so I will never know If you are already accustomed to Converse shoes, I recommend trying at least a half size larger than you would usually buy.

I really wanted to keep and love these. However, the right shoe feels significantly larger than the left making them super uncomfortable. Super sad! If I could have gotten two of the same size fitting shoes, I would definitely have kept them.

I wear Chuck Taylor lace ups and my size in them is definitely a 10.5 . I ordered these slip-ons in a 10.5 and these are much shorter - no way the fit is the same.....because of the inconvenience I gave it a low rating - the styling however is perfect and would even be better if made on the same construction as the lace up - with the front bumper.

Shoes are too narrow. I always wear a size 9 but too small. Bought the same shoe in a size 10 and still too small.
