My daughter picked these shoes for the start of face to face schooling. Its been less than two weeks and the lights stopped working on her right shoe. My daughter has cerebral palsy and barely walks, and probably wears these shoes 3-4 times a week, so its not like she could have worn them out. The lights are her favorite part of the shoe :(

Its a good, shoe. Very pretty and my daughter loves it. However one of the shoe's doesn't light up when she walks and without a way to contact someone or go to the store for an exchange, I'm stuck with shoes that only light up on 1 foot.

Bought same size shoe and style skechers as my 7 year old daughter, had but I should have bought half size larger. Would like to exchange but having a hard time pulling up return document and would have to print at Kinkos. I would take them to the Tyson's store but can't during the covid-19.

My granddaughter has only worn her shoes about 4-5 times and the lights on one shoe have already quit working. I would like to get a replacement pair. I will send these back if given instructions to do so.

Light on one foot works but not when she walks, even if we play with light button

The flashing lights disappeared after a day of wearing the shoes. My daughter was extremely disappointed as she has been looking forward to wearing this pair of shoes for a while.

Lights on one shoe did not come off, and I cannot find any customer rep to talk to for replacement. Very disappointed. My daughter wants a new pair before returning the current one and I cannot access any help.

received the shoes and one of them did not light up. sent an email to sketchers help department and was never contacted back.

it light for one day and it stopped lighting. I bough 2 pairs and they both stop, it only light for one day and that was it.

I bought these shoes for my daughter to wear to school. She wore them 1 day to school, came home and the outside toe of the shoe was flaked/peeled off on both shoes. She didnt play outside due to snow. I'm disappointed, would not purchase again considering they will not hold up.

This was my 2nd time bought this lighted shoes online, but unfortunately, the right-side shoe was still not lighted. Before bought this, I have returned the one for the same issue.

The shoes were from my 5 year old I kept him aside after receiving them because one shoe didn't light up thinking I have the time to return them but I didn't so I let her wear them and now the other shoe does not light up after the 1st wear.

El primer da que se las puso para el colegio volvieron destrozadas de la puntera,el color se haba ido por completo,como pelado y se vea el fondo blanco en ambas zapatillas. Esto se debe a que no tienen ningn tipo de refuerzo en la puntera. Son muy monas,pero no son zapatillas deportivas vlidas para nios pequeos. Son para uso ocasional,para el paseito de los domingos. Si las queris para uso diario,parque,cole,etc,elegir otro modelo ms reforzado.

Muy bonitas y comodas pero ni se acercan al diseo que debe tener una zapatilla para nio pequeo.No tienen ningn tipo de refuerzo en la puntera,por lo que al primer da de uso en el colegio vinieron completamente destrozadas, toda la pintura de la puntera se haba ido y estaban completamente rozadas vindose el material de abajo de color blanco,igual pas en los laterales. Conclusin,son zapatillas de "paseo " ,nada de cole,nada de parques..en definitiva,no vlidas para nios.

I bought the light up shoes for my granddaughter and after wearing the shoes for about a week the lights in one of her shoes stopped working. We are aware of the on off button for the lights and tried to turn them on and still no lights. Since she wore the shoes I can't return them. I am very disappointed with the quality and I don't believe that I will purchase Skechers for her again.

This is the third time we have purchased light up shoes and the third time they have stopped working before we could even get any use out of them.
