The arch is high but it was rock hard and painful. The heel and toes, however, were amazingly soft. It's a beautiful but weird shoe. As a flat-foot, I don't want a shoe that grinds itself up into the bones of my foot. Pass.

This is a really nice sandal with good arch support but I need a pair for traveling in Europe next month and they are not comfortable enough for that purpose. I need sandals with a softer footbed.

Wow- I have never had an Alegria sandal that didn't fit perfectly. These are about a size too small... my toes hang over the end! I noticed that someone asked the question about that, as she thought the model's toes looked like they were hanging over the end in the pictures. She was right! I feel like these shoes are a bit too heavy looking for me.... guess I am not comfortable with the thick straps.

The Alegria Paloma is my best shoe ever, and I wear a 38, though I'd be a 39 in most other shoes. This sandal is a teeny bit short, and I feel the edge of the insole on the outside of my foot. My feet are on the narrow side, low volume, and I usually have too much room in the heel and/or my feet slide in shoes, so this is an unusual fit. The insole is lovely, and I think they'd be great if they were just a bit bigger.

Have not worn them yet. The soles seem a bit slippery but am going to give them a try. Like their looks & fit.

usual 11M was long enough!! ordered these b/c similar Joseph Siebel, also a 42, was 1/2 size short.returning these, sadly, b/c foot bone on outside is not accommodated on the footbed. so footbed too narrow just in that area

Overall I liked these however I really missed the butterfly logo on the side.

Size 42 ( 11,5-12) is too big for my regular size 12M.

I really wanted to like these shoes. They are cute, but they didn't have adequate arch support for my finicky feet. My feet hurt after just a few minutes walking around my house in them.

i wish they would have used a softer leather on the straps. these cut into me.

I loved the shoe, except for the smooth sole. I prefer sandals with some gripping power on the bottom. I should have looked at the pictures more carefully!

I really like the style, but it isn't the "rocker bottom" shoe that I need. I had to send it back.

My toes hang off. Same exact measurements as dansko size 10.5 but my toes don't hang off on those shoes. Going to return for next size up 42? 11.5? Normally 11 are big. Must be curve of the shoe

These fit lengthwise and had good structure for the arch. But to me the materials felt altogether too hard on tender feet. Especially the width of the left shoe hit the lateral side of my foot in an uncomfortable way. I was surprised, given the many rave reviews. However these were not for me; too hard.

I like the style but it does not suit me. Looked too heavy. It was difficult to get the right width even with the adjustable straps and my foot did not sit straight in the shoe. The footbed was well cushioned which I liked. I returned them.

These fit in the SAME Size as my Alegria "Kayla" Clog (Original Version without elastic goring). This Sandal feels even WIDER than my Kayla. But.....my foot did NOT feel right with the Rocker Sole. I even re-positioned my foot FURTHER back towards the heel: But still too much of a dramatic shift where the rocker starts! The straps felt FINE for me (other review talked about being scratchy OR stiff - NOT for me). I think my foot really does BETTER with the Alegria Cork Insole and a "Traditional Flat" outer sole VS the Rocker Sole. Too bad as this is a NICE Sumer Sandal and a nice height.

On the plus side: these are the most comfortable shoes in the world. Walking on the hardest NYC sidewalks, I feel as if I'm standing on the world's softest rubber. I feel I could walk miles in them. On the minus side: they are large and clunky and heavy-looking. I don't want to run into anyone I know when I'm wearing them. I'm very short, 5'1" at last count, and these shoes make me look and feel even shorter. -- And therefore, I'll wear them for my 4-6 mile exercise walks but not for any social occasion and certainly not to work.

Very disappointed in these Alegria Bailee in Woven Luggage. They looked good. BUT, there is something about how the straps are cut for Alegria. They dig in to the ankle. How does this happen with a sandal?? This is the second pair of shoes-the other are called Savina, also by Alegra, a dress shoe, these also had the cup of the back of the foot cut so that it digs into the ankle bone. ALEGRIA please fix this...I need shoes from you. I have Hallux Rigidus and the Alegria footbed and sole work for my foot, so please fix the upper!

The straps are very wide and the edges are stiff and rough, making for irritation with just a few circuits of my living room. The length is fine - I am a 9 and ordered a 9/39 - but the fact that the toe doesn't tip up at the end and the heel is quite a bit higher means that my foot slides down to the front with every step and I wind up walking with my toes over the edge. The sole seems fine and cushioning is adequate, but these are not something I could ever walk in.

These shoes looked cute online, but really clunky and frumpy and just - well - in person they were a disappointment. I purchased the birkenstock platform sandals instead.

I recently had surgery on my big toe and I was trying to find a shoe that would fit. This is not the most attractive shoe but it's okay. My feet aren't really considered wide but in order for the shoe to fit properly on my good foot there would still be some of the velcro exposed making the shoe look even less attractive. My foot also hung over the sides a little bit

Size 10.5 /41usually but these I returned and order the alegria flip flops in a 42 and they too were too narrow and tight
