Customer Reviews Sam Edelman Belted Faux Trim Hooded

This puffer purchased Dec. 2019. It is “phat” puffy, a lot puffier than shown in the photo. Ideally something a bit more tailored and quilted with the black and white details was preferred, but even so, this is “a keeper” as is. Super warm, great length, and the hood with the white & black tipped faux fur is eye-catching. Opening the front flap to show more black accents helps “slim” the look. Pockets are positioned too high on seam, and the belt blocks them. Pockets should have been cut lower. The belt falls out of one loop a lot because the buckle is heavy and the rest of the belt is really light, so a couple of pins on each side secure it in place (see photo). Sewing some holding loops in place of the pins may ultimately be better (less stress on the fabric than pins). I know that whenever I feel like being super phat, White Puffer will always be there for me to get all huggy wid! It goes great with white patent Moon Boots acquired Zappos c. 2018.

I love this coat! I've been looking for a belted coat for over a year and came across this one. It's very warm and puffy, but the waist belt still makes you look amazing. The fur on the hood is removable which I like. I recommend this coat to anyone wanting to look good while staying warm.

LOVE IT! This coat is beautiful and fits exactly as it does on the model. The belt gives it a nice feminine look and doesn't make you look like you're wearing a frumpy puffy coat. I love the hood as well. I found it fit true to size and was worth the price!

The fit and size are just right. And the price is right. My one complaint is that the buckle is difficult to click.
