These are a bit tight across the top once zipped up. The back hits me a bit high on the Achilles and could cause a blister if not wearing socks.

As others have commented, the zipper is essentially non-functional. The shoe is comfortable but going back as a bit too snug for me with socks/

I received this item in an amazon box that said it was repacked. The shoes were dirty on the sides and had been worn. I don't know sizing/width or support info as I ordered a 10-10 1/2 and these were not that size. There were no labels on the box, but I think the inside of the shoe said size 36 or 38, which is 7-7 1/2 or so in U.S. Sizing. Way too small. I'm afraid to reorder them as I'm not sure what I will get the next time.

Zipper on one side would not open -- not even with my husband's help -- and the other zipper would only go half way down with a great deal of difficulty. For such an expensive shoe, this is a deal breaker.
