Loved how they looked, so I felt so sad that they don't fit right. They gapped on the sides when you walk--felt too loose, although length was right.

I really like these shoes. They are comfortable, there's cushion on the inside, breathable, soft, and not bulky -- they look great with pants or skirts. I love the design. I got them in green/olive color -- it's not bright, looks just like in the picture. I usually prefer closed-toe flat-healed shoes to be a half- or a full-size bigger than what I wear in sandals or heals, but these worked with my regular size.

Such a nice shoe. So disappointed that I had to return because my toes were jammed in - just too short. Trying to decide if I’ll order a half size up.

I LOVE THIS SHOE!!! It goes with everything, pants, dresses, shorts. Comfortable right out of the box. I usually wear size 8-8.5 and the 39 was the correct size. My foot slipped around in it a little so I put in a pair of inserts and it’s perfect.

These shoes are not only cute but also are soft and are a perfect fit. I usually get blisters on my heel from all brands, These didn't need any inserts and no slipping up and down. Very pleased with these red shoes!

The shoes were too narrow at the widest part of the upper foot. They were very uncomfortable. I love the style, but width options are not available.

I need a shoe with a firm sole, to support my knees. This shoe has a very bendy and pliable sole. Which some folks will appreciate...but it won't work for me. Sorry, cause they were cute.

I wear a size 6.5, not a 7, not a 6. The shoe was offered only as 6.5-7. They are too big and I need to return them. Why would you think offering a shoe that is between sizes would fit? I'm annoyed because I like the shoes and would have been thrilled if they had fit. Aside from the sizing they appear to be well made and are very pretty.

I don’t understand why the reviews are so great, to me this is one of the most uncomfortable pair of shoes I have tried on. The shoes are stiff, the leather is no soft at all (maybe i am spoiled by Pikolinos?), the sizing is weird - my usual size was a little too short but very wide and I don’t have a narrow foot.

I could not wear the little footies with these but I wore them all day at a conference and they were comfortable — no blisters ! The only reason my feet hurt was the concrete floor — not the shoes — looking at the other colors now :)

Great casusl shoe

I love the style of these shoes, and have another pair of Spring Step shoes in this size (39). But this pair feels a half size small, and since this color is sold out in the next size up, I will keep these and try to get them stretched out a bit so I can wear them somewhat comfortably. I have ordered the same style in another color and size 9 (40). The shoes are leather and will look great with casual and dressier outfits.

Super cute shoes! Very soft and would be super comfortable if the shoes were a tad longer. This was my first time purchasing Spring Step shoes. These shoes are about a half inch shorter than any other shoe I have of the same size. However, I believe the next size would be too big. Comfortable enough to keep and will order more of this brand.

Great shoes--fit to size, comfortable, attractive, and well-made! The shoes came nicely wrapped in plastic sacs, which makes me happy and relieved Zappos only minimally added to the carbon footprint.
