These shoes are Great! Super comfy and great support, plus they look so cute! Wore them all day right out of the box. I’m on my feet all day and they are amazing. I’m a little disappointed they’re not leather but for the price I can deal with that. I’ve already ordered a second pair as a replacement.

In the world of comfortable walking sandals, these could have been a hit. They're not too mature, and not too much like a hiking shoe- they would have gone well with jeans, shorts, and even skirts. The look is as stylish as I've found for a comfort sandal. My issue is the placement of the arch support. It's positioned too far back on the shoe, and rather than supporting my arch, at actually lifts the ball of my foot a bit and makes me feel like I'm going roll my ankle. I really wanted to love these, but ultimately the Taos sandals won for me–even if they're a bit less stylish for what I intended.

Here's the thing with these shoes, first, plastic, but that's not a surprise. The ARCHES!@!! the foot bed in general is very comfortable, but the arch themselves are set too far back and hit under the heel. Sadly, going back.

Fit is good and very comfortable. I have a pair of the same shoes in the bronze color, which I wear with everything.

I really like these sandals! They are comfortable and have some foot support. I got the metallic style, and they are a little dressy. They were recommended to me for travel, and when we get to travel again, I will take them along.

Fits great and adjustable

I Am A Happy Camper ! I am a senior citizen with balance issues; in addition to bunions, hammertoes, bone spurs.......you name it, my feet are a mess! Over the past year I have had to purchase and return about 3 dozen pairs of shoes because they were not comfortable or compatible with my feet. I longed for some summer sandals. These sandals are superb. They are so comfortable and the adjustable straps allow my bunions, high arches, etc. to have some extra room to move. The straps do not cut into my skin or leave marks. I do have a high arch and as sandals do, I hear a swooshing suction sound coming from under my arch. That is typical of ALL sandals and not a flaw of the Aetrex Jess. I solved the problem by placing a gel pad under my arches and voila' - no swooshing suction sound. I am so happy that I can wear sandals with my capris now and not clunky old-lady sneakers. I think anyone will love the Jess, but especially we "well seasoned" more mature ladies.

I love them, Aetrex Jess. They're beautiful, fit like a dream, and still comfortable at the end of the day!

These are remarkably comfortable sandals...I love them!

Very comfortable footbed for me. Has arch support but also some cushion. The problem is the straps are too long for my low instep. But for the comfort I would have put up with that and taken them to a shoe repairman. I have really difficult feet - so when something fits I sometimes need adjustments. But this shoe made a sucking sound with each step I took. Both feet. It was audible to my husband as well.

Not Aetrex quality. I've worn 4-5 pairs of similar Aetrex sandals for years until they fell apart. I've loved them. This shoe is not made of the same quality leather upper or comfort footbed. Don't cheapen your brand Aetrex!

This shoe is properly sized, but I was disappointed to find out that it was plastic, not leather. What's more, the ankle strap was tight and there was no way to adjust it. I liked the arch support, but given the strap was tight and plastic, it isn't going to stretch over time like leather does. My feel tend to swell a little as the day goes on as it is, so I didn't feel that the value was there.
