The Anti-Fatigue sole is wonderful. I am 235 lbs and walk on concrete all day and this sole is fantastic. This is my 3rd pair of Timberland Pro with this sole, all of them are very lightweight, this is the lightest pair and it's like walking on air. I do 10 to 12 miles a day, I recommend these if you need lightweight super comfortable work sneakers.

These shoes are sized consistently with most other shoes I have, did not need to adjust up or down a 1/2 like with some other brands. They are very comfortable and I do not feel the composite toe while wearing them. It is very nice to where safety shoes that feel like walking shoes and not construction boots. Great choice for me.
